Clean House With a Beautiful View

This house is spacious and has plenty of seating around the pool. The location is nice for walking. There is a sidewalk and restaurants are only a mile or 2 away. There is no shortage of beach towels, however no beach chairs or wagon. Sitting on the dock was a pleasant place to watch wild life. The pool is is beautiful and we enjoyed it and the floatation devices a great deal. It would be nice to have end tables on the patio. The refrigerator by the pool was handy. There are now 4 life jackets for the kayaks. Unfortunately we didn't find one of the kayaks until the end of our trip as it was hidden by the boat. The refrigerator and freezer both broke down so another small until was brought in.

Marathon Modern Coco Plum Great Resonsive Mangers

The house looks exactly as presented in the VRBO pictures and is very nice. It is modern, quiet, and very private. However, a new construction was just starting on the adjoining lot located on Coco Plumb Drive. The house is enjoyable and near restaurants and shopping. Also, regarding the location, the rear of the house, including the pool, gets sun only until about 2:30 in February. If you want afternoon sun you can read on the front porch. On arrival, the pool and the hot tub were both cold. It took two days to heat the hot tub sufficiently. The hot tub circulates overflow into the main pool which warms the pool.There are plenty of lounges and chairs around the pool. The pool was clean and well serviced. The house is well laid out and the furnishings are comfortable. The house has six TVs, including one in each upstairs bedroom plus one in the master bath. Needs tv instructions. No premium channels included. The house has four bathrooms including one in each upstairs bedroom. The master bath is great with a tremendous three nozzle shower. There is a pool bathroom. We should also point out some critical issues. The mattresses are all way too soft to the point of being uncomfortable. They would all benefit from mattress toppers. The sheets and bedding are also substandard for a luxury home. The kitchen has modern appliances but our refrigerator failed after two days. A new refrigerator and freezer were supplied immediately by owners and Managers. Very nice but expensive.

Property is amazing. Quiet and private very comfortable. Near great restaurants dock was fun fir fishing and docking our boat. We were disappointed that heat in hot tub was not on kitchen is wonderful except garbage disposal did not seem to work properly would have been handy to have all switches labeled. Lots of stairs if so done has issues there Clean with very comfort beds and beautiful bathrooms We had an amazing week

Amazing house and location!

This house was awesome! We were traveling with a big group with little kids and we loved it! Plenty of sleeping space, clean and an awesome private pool. We will be back! Great location to be as we visited all the national parks and this was the perfect base. Thanks!
