Located in Marathon, this stunning oceanfront home offers direct access to the Atlantic, with immediate open water access and ample parking for up to a 30ft boat trailer and two cars.

This spacious 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath home features a beautiful inground swim spa and 50 feet of dock space, making it the perfect base for outdoor adventure. Inside, the second level boasts a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a high-top dining table for four, and an island that seats four. The open layout flows seamlessly with balconies attached to every room—including the kitchen and living room—allowing you to enjoy the breathtaking ocean views from every corner.

The living area features two plush leather reclining sofas, ideal for family gatherings and movie nights on the flat-screen TV. For added convenience, a half bath is just across the room. On this floor, you'll also find a queen-size bedroom with an ensuite bath and flat-screen TV.

Heading to the third floor, you'll find three more bedrooms, each featuring a queen-size memory foam bed, a full closet, an ensuite bathroom, and a private balcony with plenty of seating to enjoy the evening breeze or the morning sun with your favorite cup of coffee. All bedrooms feature firm, plush mattresses to ensure a restful night's sleep.

Step outside, and you'll discover even more to love. The inground pool (4ft-5ft deep, heating max 88-90°F) is perfect for cooling off and soaking in the sun. There are also outdoor games and 4 single kayaks for water adventures. Please Note if we see or Find any Evidance That You  Have Brought a dog you will be charged 500.00 or be asked to vacate with no refund.( the property is Not Animal friendly)
The home has a max occupancy of 8 people no matter the age. 
The home is not pet-friendly at any time.
Only 1 Boat and 1 trailer allowed
One boat Trailer and two vehicles will be allowed per stay.(Trailer for a 30ft boat Max)
Check-in is at 4 pm and access information is given 48 hours before arrival.
Quality Control Staff will check the property on arrival day to ensure your check-in experience is memorable.
Towels and Linens are provided.
No spices provided
A starter Kit of toiletries is provided Only and won't last for your entire stay
You will be emailed our terms and conditions with your guest confirmation email and you will need to e-sign the terms to be able to stay in our home
Despite our best efforts, some matters are beyond our control (examples are: plumbing, electrical, air conditioning or sale of property) and an alternate accommodation may not be available. We of course will do our best to find an alternative property, but should that not happen a full refund will be given to the guest. If this should happen, VROTFK shall not be held responsible for any consequential or secondary circumstances, including but not limited to relocation expenses or additional travel expenses or any other loss.
VROTFK also does not accept liability for any inconvenience arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas and electricity, outside construction noise, internet/cable, sea grass in the canal, the smell of sea grass, any cause of nature, insects of any kind, pool/hot tub malfunctioning including pool heat or plumbing. Nor will VROTFK accept liability for any loss or damage caused by weather conditions (this includes hurricanes)
Please remember that our homes are near and around residential area and we are not always aware of construction in the area. 
(We have priced the home on a discounted rate due to notification that construction is being done around the area . No refund or further discount will be given.)

***Whether you book directly with us, on Airbnb or Vrbo, you are required to esign our terms & conditions. These are emailed to you after the reservation has been confirmed. If you have any questions about them please let us know. We will also be requesting some additional information that the sites may not provide. We are required to have certain information on file per the company & the City of Marathon.
