The apartment "Elisa" is located on the panoramic road with a direct view of Lake Garda, which leads to the ancient village of Aer. Lake Garda is just 7 km from the apartment.

The apartment was renovated and lovingly furnished in May 2021. It is therefore equipped with every comfort and has its own entrance and a reserved parking space.

The special highlight of the apartment is its wonderful view of Lake Garda, which you can enjoy on the spacious terrace. This wonderful view of Monte Baldo and the dreamy village of Gardola, whose center is only a few minutes' walk away and has several restaurants, pizzerias, shops, a pharmacy, bike rental, a butcher's and a bakery, is rounded off.

The apartment is a spacious three-room apartment of approx. 60 square meters and offers space for 2 to 4 people. It is equipped with a living room, a kitchen, a utility room with washing machine, a bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with bunk beds, a large bathroom with shower and a large terrace of approx. 40 square meters.



The two bedrooms are separated from each other by a curtain.



One of the advantages of the apartment is the kitchen, which is equipped with 4 hotplates, an extractor hood and a dishwasher. Furthermore, a German coffee machine, a refrigerator with freezer and a Tassimo are available. The living room has a satellite TV and a radio. On the terrace there are 2 relaxing chairs, a lounge seating area and a sun sail.
