This modern and tastefully decorated 220m² house exudes tranquility and comfort. It is conveniently located near Les Bois de Boulogne, in close proximity to the Roland-Garros stadium and the renowned Versailles. The open floor plan of the living room features a comfortable sofa and a dining table for six, with a private courtyard for enjoying meals in the fresh air.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery needed to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, an oven, and a microwave. Furthermore, the house has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

Upstairs, you'll find a cozy reading area with comfortable couches and plenty of books to indulge in. There is also a home cinema perfect for movie nights.

The house comprises four bedrooms, with the main bedroom featuring a king-size bed and the second bedroom a queen-size bed. The third bedroom is equipped with two single beds, while the fourth bedroom contains one single bed. All beds are adorned with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. Additionally, some bedrooms include working spaces, making them perfect for remote workers.

The bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

CDG and Orly Airports are approximately a 30-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
