Great house for a large group

House was perfect for our large group. Lots of space to hang out together, but then plenty of private bedrooms. Especially enjoyed the large firepit and open kitchen.

Great Stay

Perfect house for our large group with lots of space, games and a great backyard. The host did a great job communicating and the house was very clean when we arrived.

Excellent stay!

Highly recommend staying here! This was absolutely amazing for everyone inside and out! Plenty of room for everyone with all the extras! It was very clean! We were all impressed with our stay!

Perfect House for a gathering

Just stayed at Shawn’s place with 12 good friends with the intention to grill, drink, relax and play games. It could not have been a better experience. The house is spectacular with a huge yard for any lawn activities/games you can think of. There is something for everyone in this house and over the 3 days none of us ran out of ways to enjoy it. Plenty of rooms and space even if the weather isn’t great (huge basement and 4-car garage). Proximity to golf courses and town allows you to get wherever you need to quickly and not worry about keeping the neighbors up at night. 10/10 would stay here again.

Great Space for a Big Group

Shawn's house was perfect for a get-together with friends -- plenty of room, updated and well-equipped kitchen for making shared meals, great outdoor spaces, safe neighborhood, close to the lake and any other amenities we needed. Definitely recommend!

Amazing property, even better than the pictures!

8 adults and 9 children ranging from ages 2-17 all fit very comfortably here. Very well stocked kitchen made it easy to cook your own meals. There is so much space we never felt cramped and the kids had fun running around and exploring. Would definitely recommend!

12 person bachelor party

We had 12 30yo men stay here for 3 nights. The house was beautiful and was the perfect amount of space for us. It is close to the town of Sheboygan Falls and only about 10 minutes from Sheboygan. Lots of golf courses to choose from nearby. I recommend Town and Country Club. The owner was very helpful and we would happily stay here again.

Great Rental!

Large house and property with much to do

Our family of 11 stayed for a late summer weekend. The house is huge and has a ton of amenities. When you think you've been in all of the rooms of the house you find yet another one. The kitchen is large and meets all needs. Between the kitchen and the dining room there's lots of seating. Plenty of beds and places for sleeping. The check-in and out procedures were easy and less cumbersome than some rentals, which was appreciated. We were disappointed to arrive to find the hot tub was broken and we hadn't been told about it. Shawn apologized profusely about both the lack of hot tub and forgetting to inform us. He then came over and tried to remedy the situation by setting up a inflatable hot tub he had in the garage. A nice and accommodating guy who responds quickly to messages. I did need to ask him for info on how to get into the house on the day of our arrival, so if you don't hear from him beforehand just reach out to him. We found the pond to be better for boating than swimming - it's pretty mucky. There are a number of beautiful domesticated ducks that live on the pond that are a fun addition, but watch out for duck poop. It's a nice house with plenty of space and plenty to do both inside or out so whether you have nice weather or icky weather it's a nice rental for a large group.

Frustration

The house was large enough for our four couples and children. It was nice to spread out. However there were several concerns. The master bathroom shower leaked into the bedroom below. We contacted Shawn, no replay. This was a short shower after swimming at the state park near by. Water ran onto the bed in the bedroom below - no response. Washed sheets and blankets and discontinued use of master bathroom. Several base boards were loose and eventually we just picked them up and put on counter - they had nails sticking out of them. Pond wasn't really swim worthy due to the family ducks (cute and friendly but would have liked to know that ahead of time so we could have explained that to the kids - can't swim in green water). Hole in floor in laundry room - another safety issue with small children. I am not sure when the place had been thoroughly cleaned last. Moved one chair to get at toys and was surprised at the wrappers and dirt under the chair. When you pay this much, I think we could expect a bit more.

I get together with a group of families and this house has everything that you don’t even need to leave the property. Great place to entertain a group of kids from 3-10 years old!

Amazing Family Friendly Home

The house was huge and beautiful. Felt at home with friends and family. Nice big yard with firepit, pond, and sports activities. The hot tub was amazing and the porch had a beautiful view. Really recommend for anyone looking to stay!

Great for families

We had a wonderful time at this property! The kids and adults both had a lot of fun things to do and it’s a short drive to Kohler Andrae State Park. It was a great weekend!
