-An entrance with cupboards,
-A living room/lounge with sofa, armchairs, table, chairs and TV,
-An open and equipped kitchen (oven, 3-burner induction hob, fridge + freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster),
-A landing with bunk beds,
-A room with a bed of 140cm and storage,
-A bathroom with washing machine,
Separate toilet.
Two balconies facing south with landscaped views of the pool of the residence with their furniture complete this property. Private parking n°22 in the residence. Free access to tennis. Accommodation equipped with duvets.
Drinks included except from 24 May to 27 September 2025.
Optional: end of stay cleaning: 75 €. Linen rental, childcare equipment and minibox wifi.
