After a beautiful day at the ocean, you will find calm and freshness in our spacious villa of character. You will enjoy a wooded setting and the swimming pool. The day will rise or set by the lake and you will be able to admire all this during a walk or on the terrace.
The air-conditioned first floor offers a new kitchen-dining room facing the pool and unobstructed view of the garden. The house has an air-conditioned double bedroom on the first floor with its own access to the sanitary facilities on the first floor.
The first floor will consist of 4 large bedrooms, each with a double bed with superior quality bedding. One of these bedrooms is extended by a small separate bedroom with two single beds. Ideal for a family with children.
Upstairs you will have a shower room with double sink.
The house is totally taken care of by a professional concierge including cleaning and laundry (bedding and towels for 10 people). You will have noticed that the house comfortably accommodates 10 people and offers the possibility of adding 2 beds (supplement 30€/person)

Life outside under the old trees and other exotic vegetation is shared between the 10mx4m swimming pool heated from June to September and the various terraces.

The gate will access via a path to a pine forest that will take you directly to the Lake of Soustons. Bike rides will allow you if you wish to no longer touch the car, whether it is to do your shopping in Soustons or stroll along the lake. The bravest will push on to the ocean which is 25 minutes away by bike (via easy and very well developed cycle paths) or less than 10 minutes by car.
The ocean remains, of course, the highlight of the show. Welcome to our home and enjoy without moderation!
