## Logement
Located on the 2nd floor without elevator, it comprises :
- one bedroom with double bed ;
- bathroom with separate toilet
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a living room with a huge TV with adjustable arm.

You'll appreciate its practicality and freedom from neighbours.

During your stay, you'll have at your disposal: Wifi, Washing machine, Iron, Hair dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

Please note that the door is armored for maximum security.

The apartment is located :
- on a quiet street with no single entrance;
- 5 minutes' walk from the shops;
- 450 m from the famous historic Plaine market;
- 15 minutes' walk from the station ( subway and bus);
- 20 minutes from the port (for a boat cruise);
- close to a large square with children's playground.

There are also several restaurants nearby. I recommend "Tumulte" and "Copains", which are the best in the area.

## Emplacement
Slightly in the South-East of the center, the 5th district gathers residential areas and hospitals, attracting many students. Indeed, hospitals and research centers of the 5th create its reputation. This universitary neighbourhood is a calm area, but still you will discover hidden coffees and places. The 5th is a city in itself, as so the young couples can live peacefully as it offers many activities for children. You will appreciate this familial and urban place ; creating a perfect residential balance compared to the dynamic center of Marseille.
