Amazing Home

The house is in a great location with views, beautiful beaches and good restaurants nearby. Definitely lives up to the reviews and pictures. We did have one issue but things happen and the host was responsive. Easily our top choice for staying in Cabo Rojo going forward.

Beautiful Boqueron Dream House

This house was truly a dream to stay at! 5 minute drive to the beautiful Playa Buye, views of the ocean from the many balconies, everything we could need in the house, and very comfortable bedrooms! The host was very helpful when we needed guidance as well. Thank you for hosting us, we will be back!!!

Breathtaking views!!!

Our experience at spacious Casa Etienne was awesome!! We loved the tranquil location and the breathtaking views. Communication was great with Mr. Arnaldo.. every time we needed assistance he would respond quickly. We sincerely enjoyed our stay and highly recommended!!

Beautiful and Modern home away from home

We stayed for 4 days and totally loved this place. The property is on a hill and you could notice it from far with a breath taking view of ocean. The photos don’t do justice. This is way beautiful and you must visit to experience it. We will go again the next time we r in Puerto Rico

Beautiful, well equipped, family friendly estate

Centrally located to Boqueron beach and others on Puerto Rico's West Coast. We loved the neighborhood, which was a concern at first. The house was super comfortable great furniture and great outdoor access for sunset dinners. It was raining hard one night and it was nice to park the car under the house. The beds were all comfortable. Great temp controls. Too many other good things to list but there is a good reason this is a 5-star property.

Family vacation in Boqueron.

Our family of 6, ages 15-69 spent a wonderful week at Casa Etienne. The house is located on a hillside overlooking the bay at Boqueron. The house is spectacular. There are huge french doors on the side of the house overlooking the bay. In the evening gentle breezes make sitting on the balconies very enjoyable. The setting and view are wonderful. We enjoyed exploring the Cabo Rojo area. This was great house to spend a great week in PR.

Relaxing in paradise with all the conveniences....

We just spent two weeks in this wonderful location. We love it!! The home was well appointed and the views outstanding. We were quite comfortable. Loved Boqueron and all it had to offer and loved coming back to chill at his wonderful house. Everything we needed was there and since we love to cook it was great to do so in the evening when we just wanted to enjoy the company of our friends/family.

Beautiful vacation home

We just came back from our vacation in PR and a fantastic stay at Casa Etienne, beautiful home with better than expected accommodations and views. House has everything you need and is very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the cool breezes from the balconies and the nearby beaches just a short drive from the house. Arnaldo was easy to work with and provided quick assistance when needed. We’ll definitely consider this rental on our next visit to PR! Definitely recommended.

Breathtaking hilltop view of Caribbean Sea

You feel secluded but still just minutes away from Boqueron Beach and Cabo Rojo lighthouse and Caves. Nice spacious house, enough room for everyone to either be together or do your own thing. Outside balconies and upper level loft spacious. Beds were very comfortable. I would definitely return and recommend to friends. Best Pina Coladas at Los Ramos. Went back few times.

Spectacular views and beautiful property

My experience echoes that of the other reviews read. The place was amazingly clean and had killer views. Being able to let the air flow through the house meant we never turned on the A/C. Very private setting at the top of a hill, end of a dead end road. There is n orally way to walk to a beach (or anything, really) but nearby Buye beach was just about perfect. There are a number of nice small villages and mini markets within an easy drive. In Boqueron we really liked the food at Roberto's Gastroteca.

Gorgeous house for exploring Southwestern Puerto Rico

If I ever get to build a vacation home, I want it to look exactly like this. The house is absolutely beautiful, with a two-story wall of windows across the open-plan living room area. The photos don't even do it justice, because you can't see very clearly how high the windows extend. The furnishings are all very modern and chic, and everything is super-clean; heaven to come home to after a day of hiking or beaching in the hot sun. The ONLY thing it lacks is a pool, but honestly the patios were so breezy and so beautiful that we never missed it. Definitely thinking about returning with more family.

We live and work full-time in California, and enjoy traveling around the world, but every chance we get, we find our way to the warmth and the sun of Puerto Rico. Been Native to the Island of Puerto Rico and knowing real well the different great get-aways in Puerto Rico is how we decided to buy and build our vacation home in this unique part of the island. As far away as you can get from San Juan, its traffic, and the crowds, we located in an area surrounded by great green open spaces, many of the greatest beaches of the island within minutes, near many of the great seafood restaurants of the west coast, and yet, close enough to some of the island largest cities for great fun activities at night, shopping, and site seeing.

The house is located near the top of a hill in nearly an acre of land with great views of the natural bay of Boquerón, and the Caribbean sea. Great views, continuously flowing breezes year around, open green spaces all around, quiet, peaceful, and private.
