No long walks or bus rides while carrying all your gear and dragging the kids along. Pull in garage, take elevator & cart to the unit. Walk right out the main door and jump on the lift.
The Space:
This 6th floor luxury condo has over 1200+ Sq Feet. This expanded living room with vaulted ceilings and huge new windows invites in the beautiful mountain and center village lake views. The living room has a wood-burning fireplace, New 55" Samsung SMART TV, plenty of seating with a leather sleeper sofa. The bedrooms are huge, each the size of a full hotel room. The Master has a King Bed and new SMART TV, the second bedroom has 2 queen beds, LCD TV and desk with new 27" work monitor. Each bedroom has a private bath that has been remodeled with new tile and granite counters. There is an additional 3rd Full bath so there is plenty of room for everyone to get ready at once. The updated kitchen has granite countertops and is fully equipped for all your cooking needs - just bring food. You will find our condo beautiful, clean and perfect for your ski or summer vacation. Free Wifi, cable TV. Per the HOA there is no-smoking, no pets or events.
You will have a designated ski lockers on the 6th-floor. The Building has a great lobby to meet groups and and two elevators.
In the Mountain Plaza building you will also find:
• Underground parking for one vehicle in our building, (height 6'7"; additional parking may be available upon first come request in a lot across the street - height 7').
• (1) Outside and (1) Indoor hot tub
• Shared Laundry on the 4th and 5th Floor in the Building
• Public outdoor gas grill on the 1st floor next to the outdoor hot tub
• Daycare can be arranged with Copper Resort on the first floor (no need to bundle your little ones up, daycare is just an elevator ride away).
• Restaurant / Bar on the First floor
• Bus stops right outside the door - Free bus will take you around Cooper or to Frisco
• Ski rental available in building next door.
• Copper Athletic club is a 5 min walk from our building and has a large indoor pool, weights, cardio and Spa (additional charges apply - verify with Copper Resort Hours/Rates, etc.)
• Ice Skating on pond directly behind our building.
Center village offers many dining and shopping options.
Summer –
• Bumper boats, Zipline and sandy beach on pond directly behind our building
• Go-carts, bungee tramp, playground, mountain scooter rental out the front of our building
• Excellent mountain biking
• Golf at Copper Creek Golf Course (0.5 miles away)

Guest Access:
The Mountain Plaza building is as close as you can get to the American Eagle Gondola lift. Step out of our building and into the heart of Copper Mountain Village.
Only 1 Vehicle is Permitted in either the One underground parking space height 6'7" in building with printed parking permit or across the street in another garage with height of 7'. For additional vehicles, parking must be arranged with Copper Mountain Resort. This is a private condo and we aren't given other options for parking by the HOA.
The Summit Stage free shuttle service stops near the building which will take you to the towns of Frisco, Silverthorne and the ski resorts of Breckenridge and Keystone!

ABOUT COPPER MOUNTAIN: Known as the 'Locals' Favorite,' Copper Mountain is the largest ski and snowboard resort in Summit County. It is also the only ski resort that features naturally separated terrain, allowing beginners, intermediates and experts to ski on their own distinct areas of the mountain. It's central location (situated between Breckenridge and Keystone to the east and Vail to the west) makes it an ideal location. All three of these other ski areas are within a 30 minute drive from Copper Mountain.

November - April (Skiing/Tubing/Snow Activities - Snow Dependent & Mountain Coaster)
Mid April - Early June (Mud/Off-Season. Resort will be very quiet, but is a great time to rest, hike, bike, and enjoy the mountain views at great discounted rates)
Mid June - Labor Day (Golf, hike, bike, go-carts, rock wall, mountain coaster, bumper boats, and more-Weather Dependent)
September - October (Off-Season. Resort will be very quiet, but is a great time to watch the aspen trees change, rest, hike, bike, and enjoy the mountain views at great discounted rates)

***Copper has a 4% Resort Tax that Airbnb no longer collects on our behalf. Please note that this fee will be added after booking.
