In the tranquil countryside, this old mill bordered by water offers a place of serenity without any vis-à-vis.

Overlooking the lush valleys of the Creuse, not far from the picturesque medieval town of Bourganeuf, this cottage represents the ideal location for family reunions, friendly gatherings or peaceful holidays, without any noise limits.

Our house can easily accommodate up to 6 people (3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom). bathroom).

Upon arrival, for your well-being, beds will be made and towels will be made available to you free of charge.

The mill offers a large living area including a living room with wood stove and television (access to Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney Plus), a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen.

Upstairs, you will discover three bedrooms, each with its own charm, as well as a modern bathroom with a large walk-in shower, 2 toilets (1 of which is separate) and a washing machine.

To brighten up your evenings, a collection of board games is at your disposal, to be enjoyed in front of a comforting fireplace (wood provided).

Pets are warmly welcomed in our little corner of paradise (please read the reception conditions in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale).

To make your stay as pleasant as possible, end-of-stay cleaning is included.
