Bear Splash Adventure is a newly constructed, gorgeous 6-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom cabin rental featuring 4,000 square feet of space. Built in 2019 by a trusted local developer, the fully equipped luxury cabin is thoughtfully designed with beautiful wood features indoors and out. Decks surround two stories and provide breathtaking views of the Smokies and an unrivaled spot to sip coffee in the morning or unwind at sunset.

Located in the Gatlinburg Falls - Hidden Valley Resort and just 1 mile from the Gatlinburg Parkway, this home rental offers coveted convenience to a laundry list of local amenities.

Onsite features include a private indoor heated gunite pool, hot tub, arcade room, flat-screen TVs throughout and tasteful, hand-selected furnishings.

The main floor of the cabin has 1 bedroom, 1 and a half bathrooms, dining area, kitchen, and living room. The bedroom on this level will offer a king-size bed, an HDTV, and a private attached bathroom with a walk-in shower, double vanity, and a jetted tub! The living room also features a large HDTV, an electric fireplace, and a sleeper sofa for added sleeping arrangements. The dining room features seating for 18 at the dining table and an additional 5 at the bar.

Upstairs find the gaming area, 4 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms. There is also a futon for additional sleeping accommodations. Bring back the nostalgia and beat your high score on multiple arcades. Then settle in for the night in any of the 4 bedrooms on this level. 2 bedrooms offer a King size bed and an HDTV; while the remaining 2 bedrooms have a Queen size bunk bed. Two Bedrooms will have a private attached (tub/shower) bathroom, one bedroom offers a private attached bathroom with a walk-in shower, and the last bedroom offers a jack-n-jill (shower) bathroom conveniently connected to the game area.

Downstairs you will find the remaining bedroom, 1 bathroom, hot tub, 2nd gaming area, and a private indoor pool! The bedroom on this level has a queen bunk bed, an HDTV, and a jack-n-jill (shower) bathroom conveniently connected to the sitting area.

The host was very responsive and helpful! The cabin was absolutely beautiful! We brought 11 people and everyone was impressed with the view, location, and size of the cabin. Its about 15 mins from downtown Gatlinburg and 25 mins from Pigeon Forge. They provided towels, everything you need for dining, and it was beautifully decorated for Christmas. I would recommend this cabin to anyone and would love to stay here again! Thank you!

This property was amazing!! Beautiful views and plenty of room for all of us. Pool was a little chilly but we were so busy we didn't have much time to swim. There were a few more houses around us than what i was expecting and what was shown in the pictures, but that didn't take away from any of the beauty. The area was breathtaking and id definitely go back to stay!

Bear Splash is a Hit with the Team!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Be prepared for baseball puns because they write themselves with this cabin! Everything was out of the park! If you are going to Ripken this place touches all the bases for you and half of your team! (If you need another house 770 Mountain Stream Way is also available to rent and is right next door. You could fit an entire team in both cabins! The kids were never bored and rarely on their devices and the adults were rarely bothered. The location is only a 15 minute drive through a beautiful mountain pass that if you enjoy driving will be a pleasure to take in. There is so much to do. The cabin is minutes from Gatlinburg which has a month’s worth of activities, minutes from Smoky Mountains National Park, and 15 minutes from everything Pigeon Forge has to offer. The beds were SO comfortable and all of the sleeping accommodations and bathrooms were top notch. No one had a single complaint. The pool and hot tub did the job for the kids and the arcade was a constant hub for everyone between activities. And if that was too much noise the rockers on the balconies with the AWESOME views were all you needed to relax and enjoy the quiet of the mountain. Say hi to the momma bear and her cub! They were around the entire weekend. If you couldn’t tell we had a blast and loved this place! Everything you see is what you get! The house was as clean as a 1-2-3 inning, the owners were very accommodating to answering questions, and we would book this place again in a heartbeat! Take a swing at Bear Splash, you won’t strike out here!

6 friends with busy lives as husbands, fathers, and professions spread across the country that haven't seen each other in years gathered together to unwind, catch up, tell stories, and laugh. This house offered us a great space to reconnect.enjoy a few days together.

Checks all the boxes

Group of 5 adults, 5 children. We absolutely loved the property. I've visited the Smokeys many times and this was my favorite rental. The children's entertainment was top notch between the arcade and the pool. The racing games were played daily by adults and kids alike. My 4 year old beat me several times straight up. The pool was aged but served its purpose (to wear out the kids). TV options were great. TVs in every room.The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cooking apparatuses. The griddle is a nice touch. I brought my own and used both to sling out some breakfast.Hot Tub worked great. Showers had nice pressure. Everything was clean. Let me throw in the best part for newbies to Gatlinburg...this is the perfect location. Grocery store...right down the hill. Backroad will pop you out on the right of downtown Gatlinburg and to left of a short drive to Pigeon Forge. If you know, you know. If you don't, take my word for it.

60th birthday

The cabin was beautiful. Loved the view. Would of got a 5 star but we had no refrigerator. The refrigerator wouldn't cool. We stayed 3 nights a total of 19 people. 5 families with children. This was a huge problem and added expense to our family trip. Management was fast to send someone to look at it. They also brought a cooler and ice. They also refunded the food we had bought that went to waste and bought us dinner at restaurant. Im sure the have replaced the refrigerator by now.

Easy and enjoyable

Whole process was a breeze between the app they had, ability to make your own entry code, and the amenities they had to offer. Would definitely recommend them for anyone needing a cabin in Gatlinburg.

Fantastic Family Cabin

This cabin was PERFECT for multiple families to stay and celebrate my mom’s 70th birthday. The cabin was spacious and worked perfectly for four families to stay together and still have your own space. The adult couples each had their own bedroom and the kids shared the remaining bedrooms. The pool, hot tub and games kept everyone entertained. Multiple balconies and areas to hang out. Great location. The views were incredible!

The cabin wasn’t clean

The floors were dirty and it was infested with ants. The pool is also a little rusty. Other than that we enjoyed the cabin.
