Our exclusive two-bedroom penthouses, thoughtfully furnished by Boston Interiors, each offer a distinct aesthetic and refined coastal charm. Unwind on your private balcony, take in a sunset from the rooftop, or simply enjoy dinner with a view at The Terrace Restaurant.
This room is know for the spacious living room and dining area seating up to 8 people. The living room is fitted with an 85" flat screen television and bar seating. Additionally, the both the living area and private bedroom provide access to balconies overlooking Water Street facing Plymouth Harbor. The 1,250 square foot condominium style unit includes a full kitchen, a private washer/dryer as well as a luxurious dining room table seating eight people. Sleeping arrangements include a queen bed, two couches and a blow up mattress if requested.

Extra long weekend in a great location. Comfortable sleeping arrangements for 3 singles. The living room and TV setup is great. We watched a concert with 5 of us and all had a great place to sit, put feet up, etc. We enjoyed the rooftop bar and restaurant and went twice. We used the stove, dishwasher, and microwave, and all were good. We spent a lot of time hanging around the patio enjoying our beverages and enjoyed the water view and local activity.

Amazing place!

My husband and I stayed here for our wedding and it was perfect for the bridesmaids when getting ready! It’s massive, lighting is 10/10 and very comfortable. The building is so quiet and lovely. Only comment was that I didn’t consider the streetlight being right outside the bedroom so I would bring eye shades if I stay here again! But not a big deal by any means. Was a great stay, and although we didnt have to communicate with the host - communication was still 10/10 as we had no questions on how to get in!

Part great, part disappointing

Lovely spacious, comfortable condo in a great location. Downsides were communication with owner or manager and deffered maintenance. Check-in instructions are suppose to be sent 24 hours before arrival but we didn't receive them until 9am the day of. The coffeemaker did not work (bummer to have to go out every morning to buy a cup of coffee), a bathroom door would not close, bedside lamps did not work and the owner did not respond to our email. Little things like cheap toilet paper and bed pillows made us feel like he has no interest in his customers.

Awesome view

It was a very nice view and spacious room. Everything went smooth. It is a shame you don't have access to roof top patio. It seems you have to be on 3rd floor or penthouse suite not exactly sure but overall we had an awesome time. 😎

Perfect location!

The condo was spotless, beautifully maintained and decorated. very comfortable for myself and my family. The pullout sofa was perfect for our adult children who visited overnight. All that you need to cook is available as well as easy walking distance to the best restaurants in the downtown and harbor side of Plymouth.

Great property in an idea location

My wife and kids met me in Boston and we were looking for a place to stay that was close to my office in Pembroke. This condo was clean, spacious, modern and in a perfect location. Right across from tons of restaurants and shops. Walking distance to the Mayflower, Plymouth Rock and other historical markers. Highly recommend.

What a Beautiful Place to Stay!! The property was even better than the pictures. We were in town for a family wedding & it met all of our needs. Great Location, close to the historic sites, shops & restaurants. We would absolutely recommend this place when staying in Plymouth. We had a Great Weekend!!

St Patrick’s Day Surprise

Booked this Rental for a partial week of St Patrick’s Day 2023. The weather turned bad for most of our stay but the Condo made up for it. The place smelled clean from the moment we opened the door. There was a ton of space and the couch, padded ottoman and the TV’s were huge. The washer and dryer was definitely a bonus. The off-season rental was very affordable. Will be checking this place out again!

Inasmuch as this unit is relatively new, the kitchen is not well equipped. More importantly, no wine opener… not much in the pots and pans department either. We’re old, so you should note that the location is near an outdoor dining venue with music.

Beautiful location!

Overall lovely home. Very spacious and clean. Can sleep up to 6 if you don't mind sharing a bed. 2 queen pullout couches in this large 1 bedroom condo. Good start to the kitchen- we were able to cook meals with ease. One challenge was there were not any cleaning items (i ended up going and buying a broom and Swiffer since the cleaners on staff would not allow me to borrow their supplies). We were there for two weeks and did not have any ability to have cleaning done. I would also suggest adding a couple of hooks in the bathroom to hang towels- there were only 3 of us but if you have 6 people staying there is really no place to hang them all. Maybe also consider blackout shades- the street light is right outside the windows so it never really got dark. Also THANK YOU so much for the diffuser. In all my years of staying in rental homes and thousands of hotel stays-they never remember the curly haired girls!! Great view of the harbor and walking distance to tons of restaurants and shops. early conversations with the property manager were great. Then mid-stay we were no longer able to connect to the internet and we also had several issues with parking (constantly having people parking in our space and having to pay to park on the street) and I had sent a couple of messages with no response back. The communication is all done through the booking platform and that may have been why. We didn't have any way to directly communicate with the property manager to help solve the issues. We worked around the internet issue but the parking was an ongoing frustration as the posted signs did not deter others from parking here. Even though this is a 1 bedroom, it is so spacious and comfortable-beautifully decorated and well stocked with blankets and pillows and towels for your stay and the location really cannot be beat. Hopefully the rooftop restaurant and lounge area will be completed soon for future guests.
