ROSE Holidays offers this large holiday home, in a quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac, in the Poitevinière district, 3 kilometres from the town centre of Les Sables d'Olonne, its pedestrian streets and shops.



Two-storey house, able to accommodate up to 8 people and fully equipped so that you can enjoy your stay with complete peace of mind.



With its calm, sunny and enclosed garden, this house is the ideal place to get together with family or friends!



On the ground floor, the accommodation consists of a vast vestibule including an independent toilet and a cupboard, the entrance leads to a spacious and warm living area: living room equipped with two sofas, coffee table, a wood stove, TV and Wifi, with a dining room with its table and eight chairs to gather around a good meal.

The living area opens directly onto the terrace and garden.

With an adjoining and fully equipped kitchen with a back kitchen: oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine (Filters Nespresso)... you will have a washing machine and a tumble dryer in the back kitchen area.



On the night side, you will find on the ground floor a parental suite with a 160 bed and a baby bed in 60x120, a chest of drawers, a dressing room and an adjoining bathroom with shower, washbasin unit with storage, towel dryer and hairdryer.

Upstairs, you will have three rooms equipped with a 140 bed, bedside tables and wardrobes.

With a fully equipped bathroom, a bathtub, a towel dryer, a washbasin with storage unit and a toilet.



You will enjoy a large garden with a wooden terrace, ideally located at the back of the house, quiet and fully enclosed. Perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or spending beautiful summer evenings in the hot tub or sauna (winter)! Garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue and parasol provided.



You will be able to park vehicles freely and free of charge in the dead end.

10 minutes by car from the fishing port of Les Sables d'Olonne and its bars, restaurants.

12 minutes by bike from the famous main beach of Les Sables d'Olonne and the city centre.

Take out the rubbish to the indicated locations

Gather used linen in the entrance of the accommodation
