AC - this was one the big issue. First night it was very hot. Next day the technician came but didn't make much difference. I think you need better Ptac units and don't put cover on AC. It blocks all air. Main floor family room the door doesn't close all the way and the room doesn't get cooler. Same AC issue. Need you remove one layer of tiles so the can close all the way. Also, the chandelier outside that room keeps on hitting the door when you close it. You should put curtains between bathroom and room in each bedroom. Need some privacy. It is very important. Need to work on minor details. House is really nice. Mouna was good and Jamal was nice and helpful.
