Private Balcony w/Mountain Views, Master Suite w/King Bed

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 6 with a king-sized bed, a queen-sized bed and a twin day bed with twin trundle. It features a private deck with a new outdoor hightop table and chairs, perfect for taking in the mountain views. Step outside to the shuttle for a short ride to the lifts or during the summer you can take a walk to Lakeside Village for shopping and restaurants. Just west of the complex is The River Course, one of two championship golf courses in Keystone. The Pines offers shared amenities including an indoor pool, hot tubs, a sauna and more.

This ground floor condo features a living area with comfortable furniture. There's a flat screen TV next to a wood-burning fireplace with beautiful stonework. The private deck is just off the living area and features mountain views, seating, and a private grill.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats six and there are two additional seats at the breakfast bar. The guest bathroom is just off the main living area and has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The master suite features a king-sized bed, a flat screen smart TV and scenic views. The en suite bathroom has double sinks and a door that separates the walk-in shower for added privacy. The guest bedroom features a full-sized bed and a flat screen TV.

(For additional sleeping options, air mattresses are available upon request for a small fee.)

perfect mountain escape

This place was absolutely perfect for our stay. I loved being on the first floor for my father who can not do stairs well. There are still about 8 stairs up to the entrance of the property. The field outside was amazing, and I spent most of my time outside there. In August it was quiet and the trails down to the river were great, and accessible from the pines property. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone. It was nice to be outside of the city enough to see the stars and the view of the mountains for the sunset and non sunset were fantastic. Only a short drive to Silverthorne to get anything you might need. Kitchen had everything we needed and we cooked throughout our stay.

Beautiful vie! Great location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay in Pines 2165. The condo was clean and comfortable. We loved the view of the mountains from the wall of windows and enjoyed the cozy wood burning fireplace. Easy to get to the slopes via the shuttle bus. Great communication from property management too.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location in Keystone resort. The unit was perfect for our family of 4. Overall the unit was clean and well stocked with the essentials. Only complaint is that several of tge dishes we got out were very dirty with food so had to wash everything before we felt comfortable using the cutlery/plates/cups. The beds were fairly comfortable but the blankets and bath mats were in need of a good wash.

Feels like home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was everything we were looking for and more. Spacious, clean, equipped, cozy- that fireplace, and had a great location. The only "minus" was that we couldn't do early check-in. We had to wait a couple of hours to get into our rental because it was being cleaned.Otherwise, we loved this place and had a great time.

We are guest oriented, and we offer the following when you rent with us: hassle-free check-in and keycard pick-up, a generous supply of towels and an initial supply of consumables for your stay. We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
