A beautiful bayside cottage perfect for family stays!
Our newly renovated bay-front cottage is truly the perfect location. This home features a spacious open floor plan, complete with vaulted ceilings that highlight the large stone fireplace and a unique loft feature. A spacious outdoor deck provides a front-row seat to some of the best sunsets you’ll ever experience! We invite you to enjoy some time making memories in our beautiful vacation home. The property features a sandy beachfront accessible by 3 concrete stairs.
This vacation home is professionally managed and maintained by Ruesch Management. Our property management office is located in downtown Green Bay, just 20 minutes away from this property. We are a phone call away if an issue should arise that needs our immediate attention.
The owners of the property have another cottage on DeBaker Lane for private use and are nearby in case of an emergency. Please be respectful and follow all house rules to allow us to continue to share this house as a vacation rental.
Located directly on the bay of Green Bay, this property is the perfect getaway for any Wisconsin season! This Lake House is conveniently located between Green Bay and Door County, right off Highway 57. A neighboring park has a public boat launch and a public play area.
Guests have private access to the entire property. There is room for 4 cars (1 inside the garage, 3 in the driveway). Guests will have access to the garage during their stay and can enjoy a foosball game, a basketball net (balls supplied), and an extra refrigerator if need be. Feel free to use the blower if you are looking to blow off the deck.
There is no room on the property for a boat or trailer. There is no overflow parking, so please plan accordingly.
Please respect our neighbors by not parking vehicles at the top of the hill in the open lot or at the Lilac Shanty- those areas are private property and will result in your vehicle being ticketed and towed at your expense.
This home is comfortably furnished and includes all linens/towels, a furnished kitchen, a basement entertainment area, patio furniture, and lawn chairs. We do not provide any disposable items such as garbage bags, toilet paper, or paper towels, but we do provide a few starter items for your convenience.
We would highly recommend bringing water shoes to protect your feet from any sharp rocks or shells that roll in with the tide. We do not provide beach towels, but there are life jackets and water toys in the boathouse for children. The water is shallow but can be rough, please swim with caution! Use of the water and water toys is at your own risk.
The loft area features 2 twin beds and an additional twin bed with a trundle pull-out bed. While this area is a perfect and fun sleeping area for children, please be aware that the only way to access the second level is via a ladder-style staircase that may not be suitable for small children. Please use caution and educate your children on how to safely utilize this area of the house.
There is parking for 4 vehicles onsite and there is no overflow parking. Do not park in neighbors driveways or at neighboring businesses. DeBaker Lane does not allow parking on the road. This area is rural and taxi or car services (Uber/Lyft) may not be available.
There is a fire pit on the property. Guests must supply their wood and the fire must be completely extinguished after each use. There is a sand beach on this property for your enjoyment. The property has well water that may have an "egg" smell. While it is perfectly safe to drink and use, we recommend bringing bottled water if you are not accustomed to well water. There is a wood-burning fireplace and in the fall we provide two Duraflame starter logs that you can use. Please do not burn outside wood in the indoor fireplace. If you plan for heavy use of the indoor fireplace, we ask that you furnish your Duraflame logs.
Please note that due to the varying length of stays at this property we do not provide disposable items such as soaps/detergents/cleaning chemicals, trash bags, coffee filters, spices/cooking oil, or paper products. The unit is fully furnished with linens, towels, and a fully stocked kitchen. Our cleaners provide a few starter disposable items for your initial arrival.
