LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! Located on Classen street in between Brooks and Boyd St.
This amazing historic campus home(4b/3b) in Norman is spilling over with charm, and a stone's throw from The Mont restaurant, Campus Corner and the famous OU football stadium.
The master bedroom has access to the large upper deck that overlooks the football stadium. The back living room enjoys access to the kitchen and a wonderful screened-in porch that leads to the back patio. You will love the extra parking in front, as well as, driveway parking! The quick access to so many amenities and the University make this home a true can't miss!!!
A fully furnished 4 bedroom home that can sleep up to 16 people. 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds, 6 twin beds, 3 couches!. Smart tv’s in upstairs bedrooms and in the main living room & office.
Office area for business use, laundry, screened-in back porch, and fully fenced-in back yard.
We do have train tracks past our backyard. They are not allowed to blow any horns, so honestly it’s hardly ever noticeable. Please use extra caution when crossing the tracks to head to the football stadium if you chose to walk to the stadium!

Unreal property! Five Stars!!

This is by far one of the best VRBO properties we’ve stayed. The decor and the details are above and beyond. The rooms are so comfortable and there is plenty of room! The property owner left homemade cookies for us. So wonderful! You can’t beat the location. We walked to the OU game, Campus Corner… amazing!

Beautiful Home with great location!

My daughter was married in Norman this weekend and we could not have stayed in a better place! Her bridesmaids loved the OU room and my parents and husband and I were extremely comfortable and pleased with everything in this house. It made our wedding weekend even more special! Highly recommend this house. You will not be disappointed:)

Wonderful Location and Charming Home

The home itself is magnificently charming. We had our family, ages 18-82 as guests and all were equally impressed. The bedrooms and bedding are very comfortable. The living areas seat many and have unique seating options. We had our graduation reception at the home and it was perfect to entertain. We recommend staying with only one note of advice: if you plan to use the outside areas, remember to ask that they clean those spaces. Storms frequent the area and can interfere with the usability if not properly addressed for your stay. Other than that, just enjoy.

OU HOUSE

EVERYTHING WAS NICE. ONLY BAD THING WHICH IS FIXABLE IS THE MASTER SHOWER HOT WATER. WORKS FOR 1 MINUTE THEN NOMORE HOT WATER. OTHER THAN THAT EVERYTHING WAS NICE. WELL EXCEPT THE OU ROOM LOL. SORRY WE ARE UT FANS.LOL

Great location to stadium but everything else fell short....

All outside areas advertised were not cleaned or usable due to mud and debris. We had to spend over an hour wiping one portion down to make enough room for our group to sit. The owner responded but never resolved or followed up. In addition, although I didn’t notice at first, the screened porch was also not cleaned so everything had to be wiped down when we were about to sit down for dinner. The fire alarm started malfunctioning in the middle of the night with an ear piercing beep that woke most of the house up. It had been removed but hidden. We contacted her and she did not respond until 11:30am the next day and didn’t do anything to resolve that either. There were areas of disrepair throughout the house in general, toilets were concerning. 3rd room upstairs had no closet. The door to the screen porch had exposed nails and was falling apart. The kitchen had only plastic cups and plates, limited items available no cutting board etc. I asked for a concession on the cleaning and the owner has not responded, very disappointing….

We LOVED it!

This was our third stay here. We absolutely LOVE this house. It is immaculate on the inside. It’s decorated to the nines. Beds are so comfortable and there’s plenty of space. You can’t beat the location. We walked to the game, restaurants, and Campus Corner. Can’t wait to come back next year.

Perfect house for a girls trip!

The house couldn’t have been more perfect for myself and my college besties! The decor is beautiful and fun, the amenities provided were more than I have ever seen at any other VRBO property I have stayed at, the host was so easy to get ahold of and helpful, and the location for game day couldn’t have been better! We are already planning on booking again for our next game day girls weekend!

Just Perfect

Our group was in town for a Celebration of Life and used the house are our local gathering spot. It worked out perfectly - multiple sitting areas, comfortable and clean. Even the though it was over 100 degrees during the day, the house remained comfortable. We felt completely at home and didn't want to leave.

Wow. What a wonderful home away from home. This house is the most welcoming, cheerful, detailed decorated house. From the front porch welcome mat to the outdoor back balcony this house has every detail covered. Not only is it so artfully decorated from all of the beautiful lamps, books, pillows, rugs and more, the host really deserves the title HOSTESS with the MOSTESS. Our family gathered to lay my parent's ashes to rest and we were so grateful to find a house that was big enough to have all 3 of the siblings and their families. The beds were so comfortable, the bathrooms were stocked with any missing amenities that one may have forgotten (such as my niece needing a tooth brush!) We were able to walk to dinner and the campus. We were able to ALL gather on the homey balcony as we shared stories of laughter and love. We so appreciated the hominess of this VRBO and were grateful they open up their beautiful home for travelers. Next time we are in Norman, we will definitely book again. Thank you so much for your hospitality and attention to detail!!!

Perfect OU Campus Visit

We were in town to take our daughter to the New admitted student and Greek preview Day! This home was the perfect place for us to relax in evening after long day! Yet close enough to shop or have dinner easily! Equipped with everything you could possibly need and more!

Our favorite place in Norman

Feels like home and sometimes even better! Excellent location and amenities. The host knows how to take care of everything! We came for Christmas and the host asked if it would be ok if she put up a tree. We said, Yes Please!! She went above and beyond. We can’t thank her enough for one of our best Christmas yet!!

This property is PRIME location for any OU fan or parent. Just a minutes walk to OU campus, OU football stadium, or Campus Corner with great restaurants and bars. Amazing view of the OU football stadium from the backyard and the upper deck. Can sleep 16 people and is fully furnished!
