This waterfront home is located in the quiet and secure neighborhood of April Sound. Enjoy the outdoors and the panoramic lake views from any of the 3 outdoor patio decks, 2 of which are covered. Our chef's kitchen is fully equipped for anyone wanting to prepare their own meals. A full bar. located next to the kitchen has a wine fridge, full size beverage fridge, and an ice machine. All of the bedrooms are upstairs, the master has a king size bed, and a one-of-a-kind master bath. 2 other bedrooms have king size beds, plus a trundle bed, the 4th bedroom has a trundle bed as well with 2 each twin beds. All bedrooms have 55 in smart televisions and all king size mattresses are Tempur-Pedic with luxurious bedding. The living area downstairs has a half bath, plenty of dining space, & cable television. The master bedroom & bath have gorgeous panoramic views of lake Conroe.

Guests acknowledge that setting off fireworks is prohibited in April Sound. Security may remove violators with no refund and may issue up to $750 fine

Our oldest son is happily engaged and they blessed us with 2 beautiful granddaughters. Our youngest son lives in Los Angeles, California where he is pursuing his dreams as an actor. We live just a few miles from the rental home on Lake Conroe with our two Maltese dogs, Gino & Chloe. Thank you for choosing to rent with us and we hope that you experience all of the joy and serenity lake life has to offer!

Chef's kitchen is fully equipped for anyone wanting to prepare their own meals. All bedrooms are upstairs and have king size beds. The master suite has a unique & romantic walk in shower and tub area. The living area downstairs has a half bath, plenty of dining space, & cable television. The master bedroom also has gorgeous views of Lake Conroe from the bath & bedroom windows.

Guests may also enjoy the amenities of April Sound, to include the workout gym, covered tennis courts, numerous parks, marina, adult pool & spa, and the children’s pool with climbing rock wall.
