A great little place.with a great yard.

It is a small 1 bedroom with a kitchenette the property manager was wonderful. The yard is great we hung a hammock. She had BBQ materials if needed all plates forks local resturant menus etc.. Hanna was absolutely great. My girl and her daughter enjoyed the place. I will probably use this property again as it is also dog friendly. If you want a place centralized and pretty quiet this place is perfect.

Horrible communication and host

Upon book this property we were extremely excited about the property per the photos. That quickly changed when check in time rolled around and we still had not recieved check in instructions, in which I to reach out for. Three hours later the host responded with she would meet us there and her phone number. The host did not even have the curtisy to provide us with the address or directions to locate her property. Communication was extremely poor on the hosts behalf. Upon arrival to the property we found a home that had trash, tarps, and sand bags on the roof and around the property. Shortly after that atleast six police officers, ambulance, and firetruck arrived next door. The host tried to write it off as a car accident but their were no cars, just an individual on a gurnee. Theres little to no parking for their guests. The pictures do not show the front of the property and the listing does not disclose the clear issues with the roofing. We reached out to Vrbo in which they provided emergency logging due to the unsafe condition and no communication. Upon requesting the refund, I was instructed to try and rectify this with host. As to which I did message through the app for a resolution prior to the review. It has been 48 hours and we have still not recieved a response to our request. This is poor management skills and just bad business. I hope that this is a learning experience for the host and they choose to fix this for their future guests!

Excellent stay

Our stay was good, the place is cozy and had everything we needed! Our property manager Hannah was very responsive to our queries. It was clean, bug-free, has parking and a great outdoor overlooking a lake. What else do you need? We will stay here again.

Great last minute booking!!

We booked this super last minute for Art Basel, and it really met all of our needs. Hannah, the host was amazing at accommodating our every need and really making us feel at home. It was a short 10-15min drive from Wynwood. The neighborhood is very quiet and accessible. The apartment itself was very clean, extremely comfortable beds and bedding, and she left us a really nice welcome basket. The kitchen was stocked w/ goodies as well. I couldn’t have asked for more. Would definitely recommend this stay!
