This two-bed, one- bath condo is situated in a perfect location. With the beach and boards a half block away, you can walk to anything you need.

The view from this 3rd floor property is outstanding, with generous ocean views.

One of the bedrooms has a queen, the other, two twin beds.

There is an indoor and outdoor eating space accompanying the kitchen and living room.

Lessees take note, renters are to provide their own linens and towels, as is customary in OC, NJ.

Shared laundry in the garage.

*No assigned parking*. Street parking is usually quite reasonable on the block.

We stayed here for a week and had the best time. The location is perfect - walkable to the beach and boardwalk, and a short walk or bike ride away from shops. The property itself was very clean and had plenty of amenities. Thank you for hosting us for a wonderful vacation!

Sarah and Scott are such thoughtful hosts. Their home is spotless, cozy, and stocked with everything you might need to feel right at home. The locations is fantastic and the deck is perfect for early morning coffee or late night relaxation.

Excellent place to stay for a small family or a couples ‘get away’ in OCNJ! Scott and Sarah were outstanding hosts…consistently passing along information on the property and promptly answering our questions. The property was spotless (inside and out)! They also provided x4 beach tags! Definitely would return in the future and recommend to other OCNJ enthusiasts!

A wonderful experience

The place is in an excellent location. The area is rather quiet. The apartment is exquisitely furnished, immaculately clean and well stocked with necessities. The owners are easy to communicate with if needed. There's a lovely deck outside where you can enjoy the cool breezes, watch passersby and drink your coffee. It is so peaceful. You won't be sorry!!!!

Great getaway

My best friend and I stayed at this apartment for a girls weekend. Everything was comfortable and it is in a great location! Our host was terrific about communication and giving us a later check out time. Highly recommend for a weekend away!

Great home and location

We loved our stay at this house. The place was perfect. Very clean and nice home with everything you need for a stay. The balcony was perfect as well. You really can’t beat the location either — close to the beach and bird walk but far enough away where it’s quiet. Can’t wait to come back!

Great place in OC

We had a wonderful time for our 4 day October stay in Ocean City. Great location between Asbury Ave and the boardwalk/beach. House was perfect for me, my wife and our niece. House was clean and kept very nicely. The owners were very accommodating and easy to work with! Would definitely rent from them again!

Great location to beach and boardwalk

Property is as described. Two comfortable bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, nice dining room and deck. Loved the location only a 3 minute walk to boardwalk. Great location in downtown but not too noisy. Kitchen, living room and shower are small but functional. Overall, we really enjoyedstay.

Wonderful Place!

The rental is lovely and homey and perfect in size for my family of 3. It is well kept and clean and the rooms are comfy. It is super close to the beach and boardwalk and also to all the shops in town. The owners are absolutely delightful were generous and gave us a gift card. So sweet! Very thankful to them.

Cozy stay and great location

Stayed on the top unit. Beautiful view.. cozy spot and was perfect for two. Only downside the 3rd floor unit doesn’t have designated parking spot. Was fairly easy to park but mainly because it was after the Labor Day holiday. Would stay again for sure….

Very clean, perfect location

This adorable little rental was super clean and filled with everything you need. Location is a block from the boardwalk/beach. Communication was perfect. Everything there is exactly as pictured. Can’t say enough good things about it!

Great time had by all.

The 14th Street location was the basis for my choice of the property. The place as in perfect condition and everything worked great. Free laundry was helpful and a place to store the beach wagon too. The stairs let me eat all that Kohr's Ice Cream. Judy and Clare.

Cozy 3rd floor with a view

Great location with close proximity to boardwalk and beach. Could see the beach and bay from the deck. Everything was clean and as the listing advertised. Owner was responsive and helpful even allowing late check out for our off season stay. Ideal for a small group and those able to do some stairs as it’s on the 3rd floor. Perfect for my long weekend away with my bestie. Bring your own beach chairs and umbrella. Thanks again for a great stay!
