Located in the quiet Sandy Shores subdivision, this family-friendly property has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. When you're not at the beach (which is just a short walk from the house), there's still plenty to entertain the whole family. Upstairs, enjoy the beach views from the partially covered deck! The ground level outdoor area can't be beat - featuring a spacious yard with a volleyball area, tether ball, horseshoe area and a basketball goal! The downstairs patio also offers a half bath and outdoor bar with TV, a charming swing, as well as a Weber gas grill and large wood burning smoker.

The spacious, comfortable living room furniture and large television are perfect for family movie night. High speed internet is available, as well. The well- equipped kitchen features bar seating for 5 and a dining table that seats 8 more. You'll also appreciate the on-site washer and dryer.

With more than 1500 square feet, Here Comes the Sun comfortably sleeps 14. The primary bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a large soaking tub. Bedroom 2 features one queen bed and a twin over twin bunk bed, while bedroom 3 has 2 queen over queen bunk beds.

Small dogs (under 35 pounds) are allowed with a pet fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.
The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).
