The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building built in 1960, was renovated in 2014, and is modernly furnished. The domicile is also popular due to its sunny location in the forest and by the water. Available for shared use: children's playground, terrace, and garden furniture.

Umag. The holiday apartment is located on a garden plot with lawn and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road. Parking on the property.
