Spacious 4 bedroom getaway in the heart of Flagstaff's outdoor activities! Completely renovated in 2021, this modern home is perfect for gathering with friends, and includes a large open great room with venting skylight and wood stove, a movie/game room with built in surround speakers, 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, laundry, and stunning views of Mt Humphries and Elden throughout.

Enjoy a fully remodeled kitchen and bathroom with rain style shower. Gated front deck area, fenced and forested back yard with outdoor grill. Room to store all your skis, bikes and other adventure gear in the spacious garage.

Fully capable remote office setup with gigabit internet, stable wifi, and a sit-stand desk/monitor. Smart home ready with keypad locks, whole home audio, smoke detectors, and outdoor security cameras for guest safety.

A 5 minute walk to the bus stop loop to downtown, 10 minute walk to kid friendly Cheshire park through the quiet and established neighborhood. Bike 3 miles to downtown using Flagstaff's urban trail system, and explore trails in the Coconino forest accessible within 1 mile. Or drive just 17 minutes to the Snowbowl chairlifts, 45 minutes to Sedona Red Rock country, and 75 miles to the Grand Canyon south rim, easily all in one day if you prefer. EVs welcome, with off-street parking and a Tesla wall charger available!

There is no cable TV service provided, but guests may use online services to stream on smart TVs. Cool nights allow for no air conditioning in the main floor of the home. We offer air conditioning which you are free to use when upstairs bedrooms can get warm during heat waves a few weeks per year. Winters often have deep snow conditions. Streets are plowed by the city but the steep driveway may not be accessible. The three primary bedrooms and movie room feature in floor radiant heat. Forced air and wood stove heating available to supplement the common areas. No parties or unauthorized guests allowed, neighborly etiquette and quiet hours after 9pm.

Excellent location

We had a great stay! The location was really optimal - it was less than 10 min to town and just under 20 min to the ski lifts. The house was well-maintained and spacious. The Christmas decorations were a really nice touch.

Amazing family friendly cabin

This place was absolutely beautiful. From my initial communication with the host I knew this place was going to be amazing. The host was responsive to all communication leading up to the stay and allowed for an early check in on the day of the stay. This house has everything you need. 3 rooms have bathrooms connected to them. The 4th bedroom has bunkbeds and a trundle bed. The kitchen is labeled with everything you could need. Everything was incredible! Great place and we will definitely be back!

Beautiful home-perfect for skiing

We had the best time at this home for our annual ski trip. You can tell they put so much thought into it. Has all the needed amenities and more. The layout is exceptional with 3 of the bedrooms having on-suites. Beds were super comfy. Access to the garage was so easy to load and unload our gear. Location is ideal between town and the slopes. Owner was easy to work with. Would definitely rent again. Thank you for hosting us! (:

Wondeful!

We had a wondeful stay at Gabriela’s house. It was very spacious for the 10 of us who spent Christmas there. We loved that each bedroom has its own bathroom too! Beds were comfortable and I slept like a baby. The entire house was very clean, and the kitchen was perfect for all of our cooking. Also very close to snowbowl and other trails, and not a far drive to downtown. We only needed a couple of extra towels and couldn’t find any, but we were able to simply wash them in the laundry and it was great! We had an incredible time there and Gabriela was very responsive and warm. We definitely recommend her place.

2024 Ski Vacation

The house is located in a great area with convenient access to Snowbowl, where we skied for three days. We also took road trips to the Grand Canyon and Sedona. Grocery stores and restaurants are within a short drive. The kitchen was well stocked with oils and spices. There were plenty of TVs and games for everyone in our party. Overall, our family had a great stay and we would love to visit again!

Above and beyond

The house was perfect for families with children. Very nice amenities. Couldn't have been more perfect, except the heating system failed. No one's fault, something that happens. Management got right on it and couldn't have been more helpful. Very easy to work with, they went above and beyond. VRBO was also very understanding and helpful as well. We would rent this house again.

Thanksgiving in Flagstaff

We spent an amazing moment in the house. The house is very well equipped and very convenient for a family of 7 people. Moreover it’s we’ll position to visit Grand Canyon and you are driving through beautiful landscape.

Great for family stay

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to small playground/basketball courts and walking trail. The open living area/dining room/kitchen on main level we conducive to family time together. The kitchen is well stocked with tools and basics for meal prep. Bedrooms are split on two different floors (2 rooms on each floor). Kid friendly notes: Main floor has cozy TV area with kids toys and art activities. Main floor bathroom even has a toddler potty seat built in!

Great place

We enjoyed our stay - lots of space and a beautiful house! The steep driveway ended up being a bonus for us - after getting a good snowfall, we were able to use the sleds in the garage to slide down it and the kids had a blast. The computer desk with monitor/keyboard/mouse we're awesome to have rather than trying to get work done on my laptop screen. The property is toddler-friendly. We had a 3 year old with us and loved that there were lots of toys to keep him busy. Also a few reusable plastic plates/bowls/forks that are nice to have on hand. Didn't have to worry about breakable decor and knick-knacks either! Only thing that we had a little trouble with was that we brought a few monkey arm child locks to keep him out of certain rooms but most of the door frames were a little too big for them. Would definitely recommend.

Soccer stay

This is our 2nd time at the house. A couple mom/daughters come once a year for soccer tournament and the house is a great spot for us to land. Great bunk room for all the girls. Plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen and eating spaces are very accommodating. Host is very quick and easy to communicate with. Would stay again next year!

Wonderful home for large group

Lovely home for our family vacation in northern Arizona. We did day trips to Sedona, Grand Canyon, and Page and this was perfect location. Flagstaff Find

We had three adult siblings visiting Flagstaff in June. The house was perfectly set up game room with the large screen TV for watching sports. The bedrooms were very comfortable with updated bathrooms with walk in showers. The kitchen was very well appointed and a local chef came and prepared meals for our family.

Excellent Property

As you can see from the pix, the kitchen/great room is first rate, and once you get coals in the wood burning stove it heats the area up nicely. Can't say the same for the rest of the heating though, but there are lots of blankets in the bedrooms. Perfect location for skiing at Snowbowl and close to good food and town. Still working on some renovations but not a problem for the stay. Fenced in back yard for the pup was a definite plus. Lots of toys for young kids. Owners VERY responsive. Will be back!

Great location!

Overall wonderful home, the place is amazing- absolutely what I expected based on the photos. If you are considering flagstaff/snow bowl, book it! Only drawback is the house does not have a central heating system.

Perfect Flagstaff Getaway!

My family and I could not have dreamt of a better home to stay for the weekend. Close proximity to Snowbowl and the house is 10X better than the pictures. Large, very accommodating rooms & the kitchen is to die for! Gabriella was one of the best hosts we’ve had! We will definitely be back!

Great house and great location

My family and I stayed for a few nights between Christmas and New Years so we could catch a little snow time. There are 8 of us - 7 adults and one child - and we had plenty of room. The house was much more impressive in person - the butcher block countertop is beautiful! The rooms were spacious and the number of bathrooms was a plus. The only snag was getting the code sent - it was a bit late in arriving so we had to stand in the cold for a few extra minutes, but once I messaged the property managers they were all over it and got us in. Overall very positive experience.

Quick ski weekend

We had a great time at this property. It's beautiful, clean, plenty of space with four good-size bedrooms and really nice to have private baths in 3 of them, which I did not see in many properties! It's also a great location to get to the mountain. Hosts were very responsive, helpful and accommodating when we had a change in plans, which we very much appreciated. We will definitely want to stay here again. Thanks for a great time!

My high school friends who I've know for 55 years and I had such a nice trip. We enjoyed the property and it's location to town and I17. Once we were able to get in due to incorrect code on paperwork sent to me, we felt bad about how many times we had to try and appreciated the call with help - and then trying the furnace which our paperwork also told us how to use it and then another call to say not to use it. The wood stove does NOT heat the two downstairs bedrooms as stated - and the first night I literally had to SIT by the stove to stay warm, so no sleep. The next day I went out and purchased a space heater to use in my bedroom and then it was great for sleeping. We did run out of wood and had to purchase more just to keep the downstairs area warm, because I don't like the cold. The only other suggestion we might give is that hangers or hooks in the closets would have been a nice addition for hanging clothes. Also we found out that you cannot simultaneously use hairdryers in both downstairs bathrooms as it tripped the circuit breaker. However, we are all very resourceful and found the box and were able to reset it. Thank you

Beautiful!

I stayed at this home over NAU family weekend with my family and some of our college aged kids and could not have been happier with the home. The location and home are both beautiful and the property is exactly as described. The home was clean and well stocked with anything that you could need during your stay. The property manager was super responsive and a great host. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful get away.
