Villa del Palmar Beach Resort & Spa Cancun provides a palm-studded Mexico oasis just 35 minutes from Cancun’s international airport. Within easy reach of the lively hotel zone, the resort is favorably located in an exclusive area of Cancun, ideal for guests aged one to one hundred looking for relaxation, luxury and first-class fun and service.

We own a timeshare at any of the Villa Resorts. We do not have a specific unit, but rather book using our timeshare points. Depending on the number of days to stay you can have up to 3-bedroom(with prior arrangement)
Bed types can be requested but can not be guaranteed until check-in.
Studio accommodates 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (under 12).
An all inclusive option is available if you so desire. Set-up with the resort directly.
All inclusive includes:
Breakfast buffet
Gourmet lunch a la carte
24-hr Room service
Alcoholics drinks
Activities and entertainment
Non-motorized water sports equipment
Fitness Center
