Originally from the West Coast of Ireland, I have made MDI my home for the past 34 years. I'm excited to share my wee home with you, and the love I have for this beautiful part of the world. This will be my third year hosting, and I have come to LOVE making people feel welcome and cared for, and AT HOME in Cregboy Cottage. I look forward to meeting YOU and helping you fall in love with the "Quiet Side" of MDI.
この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由
Cregboy Cottage is located on the Quiet Side of the Island, and has SO much to offer. Acadia National Park is literally my backyard.....I can walk from my home to hike, swim and enjoy the best of what Mother Nature has to offer. My favorite spot is the Algerine Coast located just 3 miles from the cottage. A beautiful place to sit and feel the power/healing of the ocean.
この宿泊施設の特徴
The cottage was originally built in 1896 (ish), but has gone through many renovations. It was the original "tiny house" in its day!! I have tried to make use of the space and add some of my own personality. Cregboy Cottage has a comforting and very healing vibe....this I really found out while recovering from my cancer treatment. I always felt like I could breathe again once I walked through its door.
