Hi & Welcome to our home. This is a gorgeous 4 bed/3 bath pool home- just re-built and updated- 3 blocks from THE Best Beach in the U.S. Walk to the Sunset and Restaurants. Home has 2 en-suite king bedrooms, 2 queen bedrooms/1 with a full size bunk. The outdoor backyard is perfect for entertaining- pool w/fountain, outdoor seating, hammock & gas grill. The house is fully equipped with all your beach needs including chairs, an umbrella, beach toys and towels.

We are Kid Friendly and we have the security pool fence that can surround the pool if needed, a high chair and a pack and play for our guests use - free of charge.

You can't beat the location. Just a quick walk to many restaurants, beach bars and the famed Don Cesar Hotel. Walgreens is 3 blocks away for immediate supply needs.

You can be at the beach and a gorgeous sunset in a nice 5 minute walk. Please note that our neighborhood has a 30 day minimum and we are unable to do short term rentals

Great location

We usually stay in PAG but chose this area instead. The house was well appointed and spacious, the location is great- close to fun bars and restaurants. My only issue was the wi-fi not being consistent- and we are both still working so that was hard. I’d rent again!

St Pete Beach Getaway

The new pool with splash deck was awesome for all ages. The house fit my family and was fully stocked with everything we needed. The amenities were great with a grill, fire pit, 2 bikes, beach toys, tons of pool floats and beach wagon. Willow was very responsive to a few of my requests and was great to work with.

Six Weeks in Heaven

This property is fantastic & the owner is awesome! If I could give a 10 star I would - and trust me - I'm pretty picky! A 4 bedroom HOME that was perfect for my husband, mom & me....with plenty of room for my adult children & grandchildren when they came for a weeks visit. Super clean, kitchen fully stocked with every gadget you can imagine & nicely decorated. We walked in an immediately felt like home - and had 6 weeks to enjoy! We have 2 soft coated wheaten terriers (I was a little nervous for their 1st trip) who absolutely loved the fenced back yard. The yard is such a beautiful, tranquil spot & the pool was the cherry on top! A 5 minute walk to the beach - wagon, umbrella's, chairs....everything you need is there. The neighborhood is gorgeous & easy to get your steps in every day! My dogs now expect 3 walks a day (here in Michigan ugh!) because it was so fun & safe to walk every day. The property manager really is a top notch professional & so kind - everything was a breeze - we'll be back next !! Thanks!

Wonderful holiday!

If I could give 4 1/2 stars I would but VRBO doesn’t seem to be set up for that. Nothing is ever perfect but close to it was our 5 week holiday here. A great house with comfortable beds and loaded with lots of starter products to use. The wifi allowed us access in the whole house and in the backyard with no issues. As an explanation on the 4 stars (should be 4 1/2), there was a minor bit of cleaning that was missed, as can happen, and was easily rectified. The house is in a beautiful quiet neighbourhood with an easy 7 min walk to the beach. Willow was quick at responding to any queries we had and she had put up a lovely Christmas tree for us. The one thing that would have helped over the cooler Christmas weather was to have the option of having the pool heated. We knew the pool was unheated before we rented but who expects close to freezing in St Pete beach. We did use it, but we would have used the pool a lot more if the edge was taken off. It takes a long time to get water to warm up when there are cloudy days and nights down to freezing. In spite of that, the yard and new pool are an enjoyable asset to this house. Thanks for providing such a great setting for our 3 generation family Christmas and extended vacation. Shirley

First class experience!

The location within walking distance to the most beautiful beach, in a quiet neighborhood was amazing. The home and owner made the trip even better- fully appointed and so attentive to our needs…. We highly recommend this home and vacation experience!
