Home has 3 full bedrooms, a Master with King size bed and ensuite bathroom and 2 other bedrooms with a Queen bed each and a second full bathroom perfect for a family. Located in the Hearth of Lincoln Park just half a block from the CTA Train station, North and Clyborne red line station. Amenities include full washer and dryer, central AC, fireplace, fast internet WiFi, 65 inch smart TV, multiple coffee makers all in the perfect location with in a block you can find Starbucks, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Marianno's, Aldi and Goose Island Brewery plus many other stores and restaurants. Great vacation rental

Highly recommend staying here. Owner was very pleasant and helpful, the house was clean and felt like home, and location had on-site parking and close to the red line.

Perfect Location

Host Marco was awesome! Property is in the perfect location! Plenty of shopping and eating in a very walkable area. Train is just a short walk awayaway to get downtown.downtown.

Great location close to train

We really enjoyed staying in this property. It is in a great location near shopping and tons of restaurants. It’s just a quick walk to the red line with easy access to downtown and everything we wanted to do.

Spring Break Get Away

We thoroughly enjoyed the location and property. Marco was so nice, very attentive and gave us a tour of the townhouse when we arrived. Would love to come back when the weather is better and enjoy the sights more.

Comfortable home in a great location.

Great house on a quiet leafy street with super friendly neighbors. Adjacent to North Ave, walkable to dozens of bars/restaurants. Everything you need is steps away. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic stay!

One of the best VRBO experiences I have had. Space was perfect for 2 adults and 2 teen boys. Location is perfect... beautiful neighborhood but super close to red line and stores/shops, within a mile of the lake and north Ave beach, easy to get into town and to Wrigley for a game. Marco is helpful and easy to communicate with. Would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect Chicago!

We had a great stay! The apartment was very clean and the neighborhood was wonderful. Marco was very helpful. We were walking distance to restaurants and stores. We were also very close to the subway station that took us anywhere we needed to go in Chicago. A fun stay in a great place! We highly recommend Marco's apartment!

Lovely Town Home in Charming Lincoln Park Neighborhood

This place is immaculately maintained, spacious, and comfortable. Marco, the owner, went out of his way to welcome us and make sure we were comfortable. My son and I felt well provided for and would return to this property in the future.

Great location and townhome

We had a lovely stay at Marco's townhome in Lincoln Park. Neighborhood was fantastic, right near shopping and restaurants. Beautiful quiet streets for running or walking right out the front door. Townhome was clean, with a great set up for our family with adult kids on the lowest level and the master bedroom on the top level, separated by dining, living, kitchen in between. Marco met us at check in and went over all details and questions. Will stay here again when we return to Chicago!

Triangle Ranch?? This is Five Star!

Marco the property owner was on time and responsive. Condo is exactly as shown, clean, and relaxing, especially on the upper deck. 5 min walk to CTA Red Line - North and Clybourne station. Safe neighborhood within walking distance of several good restaurants on Halstead Street. Will definitely return in the future.

Spend holidays with family

The property was good on cleanliness and comfort. We Iliked the layout with master on top floor and 2 bedrooms below. We wished there had been a bathroom on the main floor. The front door keypad app was a hassle, dishwasher soap door didn't close, it took 2 of us to get the laundry unit moved back so we could use it, tough to find what we wanted to watch on the internet TV. We more or less figured it out, but it was a hassle. Not looking for hassles on vacation.

Great location!

We had a great time. The location was great (walking distance to grocery (Trader Joe's) and red line train station) and the property is lovely. My daughter checked us in, but the "official" check in process required an app (which I did not want to download) for an electronic key. There is an actual old-fashioned key for which the app is not required, so I was happy about that.There were always parking spots right in front of the door.We cooked and baked several nights, and while my daughters (who did most of the cooking) found the kitchen to be well-equipped, I noticed a lack of baking sheets as well as measuring cups and spoons. Also, the dishwasher had a few issues - the silverware would slip through the bottom of the rack due to pieces of the rack being missing or broken, and the soap container didn't latch closed, so you had to just toss the pod in the dishwasher. We usually dropped it in silverware rack.Owner was VERY responsive to questions! And there seemed to be fewer "rules" here than at other places I have rented, which was very nice.

Endroit parfait et excellent hôte

Très bel accueil du propriétaire à notre arrivée. Maison très propre spacieuse, répondant complètement à nos besoins. Quartier paisible et près de 2 épiceries, 1 pharmacie ainsi que metro, nous permettant de nous déplacer partout dans la ville. Je recommande cet endroit et si nous y retournons, définitivement nous irons à nouveau à cet endroit. Merci Marco pour tout!

Confortable, bonne localisation et très bien équipé.

Notre hôte Marco a fait preuve de bcp d’attention durant notre séjour. Les échanges avant et pdt le séjour étaient très fluides et cordiaux. L’appartement est très bien situé sur la ligne rouge, 15mn de downtown 👍 Bien équipé, café, condiments, produits ménagers à dispo, très appréciable après de nombreuses heures de voyage. Spacieux et quartier plutôt calme pour Chicago. La ligne de train à côté ne nous a pas dérangé, le bruit est bien atténué, fenêtres fermées et tellement plus smooth comparé aux possibles bruits des sirènes que nous pouvons entendre dans certains quartiers.

My property is perfectly located in one of the best neighborhoods in Chicago. It is surrounded by shopping and restaurants and even an Apple Store and Best Buy. It is next to the CTA train station red line going straight to downtown in 10 min.
The house has been recently renovated and modernized and it can comfortably sleep a family of 6.
