You have direct access to a large 40 m² terrace, perfect for relaxing and enjoying breathtaking views of the vineyards and surrounding hills.

The house has three comfortable bedrooms, designed to ensure optimal rest. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160x190 cm) and a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two single beds (90x190 cm) and a wardrobe, ideal for children or two adults. The third bedroom has a double bed (140x190 cm) and functional storage space. All rooms are tastefully decorated in a simple and welcoming style.

A modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and double sink vanity completes the ensemble, as does a separate toilet.

Thanks to its ideal location on the Wine Route, it occupies a strategic position for your visits to the many typical Alsatian villages, and during the Christmas holidays, you can enjoy the enchanting atmosphere of the Christmas markets.
