Quiet house in the middle of a pine forest.

The house consists of 2 floors, which are connected by an internal staircase.
The living space per floor is approx. 50 sqm2

Each floor has
1 bedroom (double bed)
1 living room
1 toilet / shower

The kitchen is located on the 1st floor

In the lower area there is also a spacious sofa bed (200 x 150 cm)
Upper floor:
Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, fireplace, washing machine, SAT TV (German, English, French (ASTRA))
The house has a roof terrace with sea view.
In the garden there is a large brick barbecue available

The house has a private parking space

Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels can be ordered separately.
Costs: 18€ p.p. and will be paid on site

The beach "Is Arenas", with a length of 7 km, can be easily reached by foot through the forest about 7 minutes or by car directly 1 minute.

Even in the high season, the beach is not crowded.

The "Villagio Pineta" holiday complex is located in the nature reserve / pine forest of the beach "Is Arenas" on the SS292,
20 minutes north of the provincial capital Oristano.

There are 3 campsites in the immediate vicinity.
Fresh rolls and daily necessities can be bought there.
Various restaurants are also nearby.

Tennis / table tennis / mini golf on the campsites for a fee

By car, other beautiful beaches can be reached in 5 -30 minutes.

Is Arenas beach is also suitable for surfing / kitesurfing. No stones/cliffs nearby.

A surf/kite school is located about 25 minutes away, at Putzu Idu.

At 3 KM distance is the Is Arenas Golf Club 18 holes.
We are happy to give you more tips.

The adjacent forest offers space for long walks
and is great for jogging in the shade.

The house is a perfect base for exploring the island.
Alghero, Bosa, Costa Verde, Neptune Grotto, Cagliari are within easy driving distance.

From Olbia, the journey takes about 2 hours by car.

The west of Sardinia is not very developed for tourism, but offers a very unspoilt nature and a reasonable price/performance ratio for Sardinia.
Between May and September, numerous restaurants and shops are open in the nearby villages.
Numerous different beaches, little developed for tourism, in contrast to the east / south coast.
The capital city, Cagliari, can be reached within 1.15 hours via the motorway.

Da non rifare.

Sett' 24. Il primo problema si è verificato al momento della prenotazione. Dopo aver inserito i dati sul periodo e sul numero di ospiti, è comparso l'importo del soggiorno, con la dicitura "tasse e supplementi inclusi". Ho iniziato la procedura di prenotazione e ho pagato con carta di credito l'acconto richiesto. Solo in un secondo tempo mi sono accorto che la cifra era aumentata di 62,12 euro. Ho chiesto spiegazioni via mail alla proprietaria che ha attribuito la responsabilità di ciò a VRBO. Ho contattato telefonicamente VRBO e mi hanno detto che l'importo era dovuto per le pulizie finali (voce non presente sul sito della casa) e quindi attribuibile alla proprietà. Il secondo problema lo abbiamo riscontrato all'arrivo, con la scoperta che la televisione non riceveva programmi in italiano. Abbiamo chiesto ai custodi il numero di telefono della proprietaria ma non sono stati autorizzati a fornircelo. Ci hanno scritto per conto della proprietaria che sul sito era scritto (?). Abbiamo così scoperto che la scritta sul sito "TV satellitare (inglese, tedesco, francese, ASTRA))" non è rivolta a ospiti stranieri (ovvero: anche voi potete guardare la TV), ma agli italiani. Il primo caso di TV sul territorio nazionale che non riceve canali italiani! Se l'avessimo saputo, non avremmo prenotato la casa. Molto sgradevole poi il comportamento della proprietaria che, una volta presi i soldi dell'affitto, si è resa irreperibile. Esperienza negativa, non useremo più VRBO ne quella casa.

Gentile Signor Melotti, La ringrazio per aver dedicato del tempo a lasciarci una recensione. Mi dispiace che non siamo riusciti a risolvere in modo soddisfacente la questione della differenza di 62,12 EUR. Le ho inviato tutte le fatture di VRBO. L'importo in questione è la commissione addebitata da VRBO per l'uso della carta di credito, come Le avevo già spiegato in precedenza. Le spese di pulizia di 80 EUR sono state chiaramente indicate al momento della prenotazione. In qualità di proprietari, non abbiamo la possibilità di modificare successivamente il prezzo concordato. In 10 anni non ci era mai capitata una situazione simile con un ospite. Per quanto riguarda la televisione italiana, accolgo con piacere la Sua osservazione. Provvederò immediatamente all'installazione. L'assistenza in loco è disponibile 24 ore su 24 e io sono sempre raggiungibile. Ho appena controllato: l'ultimo messaggio che ho ricevuto da Lei risale a prima della Sua partenza, al quale ho prontamente risposto. Da allora non ho più ricevuto ulteriori comunicazioni da parte Sua. Spero comunque che abbia potuto godersi il Suo soggiorno nella nostra casa. Le vacanze sono, dopotutto, il periodo più importante dell'anno! Cordiali saluti.

Ottima location ottima posizione

Ottima location in ottimo contesto in pineta. Casa molto pulita e molto spaziosa (due piani con rispettivamente due stanze matrimoniali con due bagni spaziosi e puliti). A due passi da una spiaggia molto bella e poco affollata anche in alta stagione. Posizione comoda anche per raggiungere spiagge famose della costa ovest. Proprietari non in loco ma gentilissimi e pronti a rispondere ad ogni esigenza. All'interno del contesto è anche presente un custode molto gentile anche lui pronto a rispondere per qualsiasi esigenza. Consigliatissimo

Haus und Lage äußerst empfehlenswert

Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Aufenthalt in Narbolia. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Garten und den mediterranen Pinienwald. In 10 Min. zu Fuß ist man an einem wunderbaren, großen Sandstrand, der auch in der Hochsaison nicht überlaufen ist. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war von Anfang an äußerst angenehm. Wir erhielten immer schnell eine Antwort sowie viele hilfreiche Tipps für Freizeitaktivitäten, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc., die wir gerne übernommen haben. Das Haus und die Lage sind absolut zu empfehlen! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Tolles Haus in bester Lage

Wir haben die drei Wochen in dem liebevoll eingerichteten, räumlich großzügigen Häuschen in bester Strandlage sehr genossen. Die Vermieterin war super zuvorkommend - alles in allem ein perfekter Urlaub!!

la casa è carina, pulita e complessivamente ben curata ma....è senza aria condizionata e per il piano di sopra è un problema perchè ,pur essendo dentro la pineta,non ci sono alberi a ripararla dal sole.Inoltre la casa è dentro un comprensorio di 100 villette. Fortunatamente abitata da quasi tutti sardi e quindi civili.Il mare a 500 metri non è nulla di che. Ci sono anche 2 campeggi vicino che alla sera fanno musica e discoteca.La posizione è buona per raggiungere località vicino con un bel mare di spiagge e scogli.Complessivamente il rapporto qualità prezzo ci è sembrato costoso.

Hallo Barbara, vielen Dank für deine Bewertung. es freut uns sehr das du das Haus als schön, sauber und gepflegt bewertet hast. Du bemängelst das es keine Klimaanlage gibt? Wir haben in der Beschreibung auch keine erwähnt. Schade das dir das Preis Leistungsverhältnis nicht gefallen hat. Dieses Feedback hatten wir bisher nicht bekommen, eher im Gegenteil. Das Haus wurde mit viel Einsatz in den letzten 4 Jahren komplett renoviert, die Bäder gemacht und neue Möbel gekauft. Ich hoffe trotzdem das du positiv auf den Urlaub zurückblicken wirst. Urlaub ist doch die wertvollste Zeit. Alles Gute, Melani

Pineta vicino al mare

Siamo stati molto bene nelle due settimane trascorse qui, la casa si trova in un villaggio nella vasta pineta di Is Arenas, nella tranquillità piu' assoluta, vicino al mare e non lontano dalle bellissime spiagge del Sinis. Con un ampio spazio fuori dove abbiamo usufruito anche del barbecue per le nostre cene in terrazza. Ne approfitto per ringraziare Stefania e suo marito per la disponibilità dimostratoci dopo vari problemi e ritardo legati al viaggio di arrivo avuti.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit grossem Garten.

Schöne Wohnung in einem Pinienwald gelegen. Der Strand ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Ruhige Lage. Ideal zum Ausspannen.

Ottima sistemazione

La casa è completa di tutto il necessario e corrisponde alla descrizione. La posizione in pineta garantisce anche nelle giornate più calde un clima sopportabile e un ambiente tranquillo. La località è un buon punto di partenza per esplorare la penisola di Sinis ed è a pochi chilometri dal paese di Riola Sardo dove si possono trovano tutti gli esercizi commerciali e i servizi pubblici.

Alles perfekt gelaufen

Wir haben insgesamt wirklich sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder, 2 Wochen Urlaub). Besonders gut hat uns die gesamte Organisation der Vermieterin gefallen, schnelle Kommunikation und äußerst freundlich. Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung sehr gut. Die Gestaltung des Hauses lässt einen Familienurlaub zu aber auch z. B. einen Urlaub Zweier Pärchen, da die Räume auf 2 Etagen gestaltet sind. Die Küche bietet Gasherd, 2 Kühlschränke und damit alles, was man braucht (kein Backofen vorhanden, brauchten wir aber auch nicht). Das Meer ist zu Fuß durch den Pinienwald gut erreichbar, schöner Strand, jedoch mehr Strömungen im Wasser als an anderen Orten auf der Insel. Empfehlenswert ist es daher, von diesem Standorte auch Ausflüge mit dem Auto zu planen. Ein ordentlicher und großer Supermarkt ist etwa 10 km entfernt. Wer kleine Einkäufe machen möchte, kann nebenan auf dem Campingplatz einen Mini-Markt nutzen. Der Campingplatz hat an drei von 14 Tagen etwas lauter Musik bis in die Nacht laufen gehabt, ansonsten ist es hier aber erholsam ruhig. Insgesamt können wir einen Urlaub hier empfehlen!!!

Sehr gepflegtes Haus in toller Lage.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber. Von den Terassen blickt man entweder in den großen Garten und den Pinienwald oder auf's Meer. Alle Fenster haben Fliegengitter. Kleinere Mängel an der Ausstattung: Weingläser und ein oder zwei Trockentücher wären nett. Melanie kümmert sich und reagiert sehr prompt auf Wünsche oder Fragen. Wir könnten z. B. keinen Rost für den Grill im Garten finden. Melanie hat sich sofort darum gekümmert. Wir hatten tolle Tage in einem sehr schönen Domizil.

tranquillità nella splendida pineta di Is Arenas

Abbiamo soggiornato con una coppia di amici, la villetta si trova immersa nella splendida pineta di Is Arenas a pochissima distanza dall'altrettanto splendida spiaggia. E' molto comoda per due coppie perchè ogni piano ha il soggiorno, la camera da letto e il bagno, c'è anche un grande giardino con un bel barbecue. I letti sono comodi e i bagni sono stati completamente ristrutturati, Altra cosa molto positiva sono le zanzariere a tutte le finestre, la cucina che si trova al piano superiore invece avrebbe bisogno di qualche intervento. I due piani sono collegati internamente da una tipica scala che però non ha protezioni, consiglio di usare la scala esterna. E' stata nel complesso una bellissima e rilassante vacanza immersi nella natura e mi sento di consigliare la struttura.

Casa comodo in pineta a un passo dal mare

La casa è bella e comoda. Quello che si trova è esattamente quanto riportato dai proprietari e anche le foto sono adeguate. Abbiamo soggiornato con un'altra coppia di amici e la suddivisione degli spazi consente una buona privacy. La casa è infatti su due livelli e ogni livello dispone di un proprio bagno e di una propria camera da letto. I bagni sono belli e conforteveli. Le camere sono spaziose ed entrambe dispongono di un proprio armadio spazioso. Anche la parte esterna è molto comoda (due verande, una al piano terra adiacente il giardino, una al piano superiore sul terrazzino e inoltre vi è un grande tarrazzo "sul tetto"). E' presente una doccia esterna che consente di rinfrescarsi saliti dal mare prima di entrare in casa. La spiaggia, molto bella e selvaggia, è a pochi passi (circa 10 minuti). Anche a ferragosto non è piena e questo consente di godere in relax e tranquillità del mare. La zona non è molto servita ma vicino le case si trovano due camping con dei minimarket e dei ristoranti. Inoltre a 10 minuti di macchina si trova il paese principale fornito di tutti i servizi (farmacia, supermercato ecc). Sempre a pochi minuti di auto si trovano ristoranti e agriturismi con specialità locali (terra e mare soprattutto nella zona di Cabras). I proprietari non sono in loco, ma sono gentili e rispondono subito a telefonate o email. In sostanza consiglio la casa a chi vuole fare una vacanza fuori dal caos dei posti più turistici ma godendo comunque del fantastico mare della Sardegna. Aggiungo una ultima nota. Sono ammessi animali domestici. Anche in spiaggia hanno libero accesso ed essendoci poca confusione possono liberamente giocare; cosa non da poco per il periodo

Calme, espace et écrin de verdure au coeur de la Sardaigne

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille dans cette maison confortable et spacieuse. La pinède autour, l'accès à la mer à pied, en font un havre de fraicheur et de calme que nous avons particulièrement appréciés. L'équipement de la maison est parfait et rend le séjour très agréable. Nous recommandons.

Great starting point for exploring the coast

The apartments are spacious and the house is situated in a very beautiful pine tree forest, close to the beach. Overall the entire area is charming (the coast and the surrounding resorts). The house has all the amenities and Melani was a helpful host, even if remote. Me and my friends enjoyed this vacation and would definitely recommend the property. The only thing to improve are the mattresses - some softer ones would be better or at least some foam tops.

Casa vacanze in bel complesso residenziale immerso nella pineta a poca distanza dal mare

Bella casa a schiera su due piani con grande giardino di macchia mediterranea. Complesso residenziale tranquillo, ombreggiato da splendida pineta. Casa comoda, ampia, adatta ad una vacanza marina in tutta libertà. Un po' duri i materassi. La casa è completa di tutti gli accessori e utensili domestici. Buona la pulizia e lo stato di manutenzione. Ottimo punto di partenza per scoprire le bellezze dell'oristanese.

Sehr schönes Haus , super Lage , sauber und ordentlich

2 Etagen , jeweils 2 große , separate Wohnungen . Dachterasse mit Blick aufs Meer , großer Garten . Riesen Sandstrand , zu Fuß in 5 Minuten . Wir waren begeistert und wollten gar nicht wieder weg .
