ARCACHON CENTER, BEAUTIFUL 2-BEDROOM APARTMENT WITH LOGGIA AND PARKING, 400 M FROM THE BEACH!
Located on the first floor of a charming residence with elevator, this spacious 2-bedroom apartment of approximately 80 m² offers excellent comfort in a setting with typical Arcachon architecture. Ideal for up to 4 people, it boasts a pleasant loggia and a dedicated parking space.
Upon entering, a vestibule with a cupboard/wardrobe leads to a large, fully equipped separate kitchen, including a refrigerator with freezer, a conventional oven, a 3-burner induction hob, an extractor hood, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a Nespresso coffee machine. The kitchen opens onto the loggia. The air-conditioned, south-facing living and dining rooms also provide access to the loggia. A hallway leads to a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, a separate toilet, a bathroom with a shower stall, and a south-facing master suite, comprising a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a closet/wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. A second south-facing bedroom is equipped with two single beds (90 cm) and offers storage space.
The approximately 10m² south-facing loggia overlooking Cours Desbiey is furnished with outdoor dining and relaxation furniture.
This bright, easy-to-maintain (tiled) apartment is well-appointed, spacious, and very well-equipped, including Internet/Wi-Fi. Its location is ideal, with all shops within walking distance: a bakery 140 meters away, Parc Mauresque 200 meters away, the beach 400 meters away, and the municipal market 300 meters away. A designated parking space is available on the ground floor in the residence's secure parking lot. Pets are not allowed. White linen is not provided but can be rented through our partner LocLinge (promo code: vacances33). Cancellation insurance is included (optional membership), and an end-of-stay cleaning service is available for an additional fee (from €50 to €300 depending on the length of stay).
