Grand Champions 105 I Spacious on Golf Course

This recently updated 3 bedroom condo is located on the first floor. The master bedroom features a king bed, window a/c unit and smart TV as well as a large ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, window a/c unit and smart TV as well and located next to the guest bathroom with tub/shower. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a queen bed on the bottom and twin bed on top. There is a sofa bed in the living room.
Bath amenities like shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided for your convenience, as well as beach and pool essentials like beach towels and chairs.
The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking meals at your home away from home. Enjoy meals in the dining room with seating for 6 or our on the covered lanai with a peaceful view of the golf course.
Relax in cool comfort in the living room with a large sectional that is also a sofa bed and enjoy the flatscreen smart TV and high speed WiFi.

Rates do not include taxes, cleaning and applicable fees.

Maui condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay while in Wailea. The property was very nice and perfect for our Group of 6. Great property, great location!

Condo was a nice size with a beautiful view of Haleakala on the deck. Gorgeous sunrises. In an excellent location in beautiful Wailea with many nearby beaches and restaurants. We were a family of 6 and quite comfortable. Host was very reachable and helpful with everything.

Perfect family vacation

This condo was the perfect place for our family to stay for a week in Wailea. The condo is located inside a subdivision with community amenities including pool and hot tub. It’s a very short 5-10 min walk down the hill to the Shops at Wailea and all of the beach resorts. The condo comes with an assigned parking spot and all of the resort beaches have public access with parking lots. The condo itself seems even bigger than the listing shows. There’s a beautiful patio with golf course views, a well-stocked kitchen, and lots of beach gear. The beds are comfortable and everything was very clean. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very helpful. We will be back!

Wonderful family-friendly property

This is our second time staying at Grand Champions and the unit was very comfortable and clean. We had a good amount of space for our family, which included 4 adults and 2 children. We appreciated the cleanliness of the property, the bunk bed was a hit with our kids, and the unit was well stocked with sufficient kitchen supplies and equipment for activities such as beach chairs, umbrellas etc. We had a minor issue with ants in the kitchen (I think this is to be expected in a tropical environment) but the property manager was very responsive and the situation was managed quickly with some ant spray that was available in the unit. Would stay here again!
