Freshly remodeled home as of 2021, Great for family vacation. Amazing location right in the middle of town, no more than a ten minute drive to the incredible attractions. Easy drive to the #1 beach/Siesta beach world famous for its astonishing clear waters and impeccable views. This home has a private entrance with a heated outdoor pool. We do require a 7 night minimum stay. We are also pet friendly/dog. Small dog only, under 15 pounds, pet fee required.

Very nice, clean home

The home was a convenient stay close to an event we were in town for. All communications with owner were very speedy and she was super kind. Access was easy, and home was as expected/advertised. Clean, had what was needed, well set up It's not 'plush' and furniture / fitout is a little dated, but was perfect for what we needed.

It was awesome

this property has everything you need and more, a very quiet and safe neighbor hood we loved it. Kids loved the pool, thanks for the great and awesome property. We would consider staying here again.

Another great stay

We love this house, and it has become our default go-to. This time, I appreciated some noticeable improvements, like new bath rugs and outdoor dining cushions. The pool heater is fantastic, especially when the temperature is in the low 70s. * We did miss the floaty turtle

4 day stay....

Everything was clean and the beds were comfy. If you have a pet and the fenced in yard would be a must-have, check with them first. The fence had a couple of sections missing, probably from the storms. Was not an issue for us.

Peaceful getaway

Clean house, good amenities, comfortable beds and furniture. Nice quiet neighborhood. Close to beaches. Communication was delayed at times but always accomplished overall.

Lovely return, and hope to stay again

This was our second stay at the house, about a year after our first stay, and it was just as pleasant as we remembered. My kids loved seeing "Frank" the floatie turtle again, and we all had a great time in the pool. I did notice that some bolts on faucets and chairs had come loose, but we did some hand tightening, and it was fine. Some forks have run away, so we needed to run the dishwasher more than we otherwise would have. Otherwise, the house was in great shape, and we really love the layout for our family.

Graduation visit

Overall, the facility was clean and very nice along with being comfortable. Although on day two, the air conditioning condensation line was clogged, causing a water overflow in two bedrooms and soaking the carpet in the back bedroom. I spent several hours cleaning up soaked carpets and floors. I had to take the soaked carpet to the garage and elevate it above the floor for it to dry. The smell of the carpet was more than we can handle. Also, the master bathroom, hot water vanity handle is broken, not allowing any use of hot water. One other small minor incident was that the handheld can opener is worthless.

A wonderful home

Our family had a fun and comfortable stay at this house. The interior of the house actually felt much nicer than the photos, more spacious and modern. We especially loved the bathroom renovations, and the big L-shaped couch was incredibly comfortable. We also liked all the access to the patio and pool area, especially from the hall bath. The patio and pool area are not as in as pristine condition as the inside of the house, but it certainly did not disappoint. The dining chair cushions are stained enough to warrant replacement. Otherwise, a quick rinse with a hose easily cleaned the patio up. The pool was fantastic, heated to 85 degrees, and we had so much fun in the pool. Just keep in mind that the entire pool and patio area is fairly compact (as photos depict accurately). Sitting under the shade and fan at the outdoor dining table was thoroughly enjoyable. We would happily come back and stay here again!

Sarasota Vacay

Older neighborhood, updated home, decorated nicely. Backyard and pool area needs work…sand and weeds and mature trees that make a mess. Patio cushions need replacement. There were a few other minor issues…no propane for grill, dirty pool screen and deck area but was resolved. We learned of a local property assistant from the pool service. The “house binder” cites only two pieces of information… the WiFi password and garbage day. Be prepared for lawn service and pool service weekly. Nothing is outlined in the house manual for use of garage, laundry, lighting, TV , etc. etc. No guest book for quaint notes and ideas. The house is adequate but lacks hospitality. We enjoyed our stay, the weather and location for travels to all things Sarasota!

Nice home in Sarasota

The home is clean and has plenty of room. A lot of updates done on the inside. Sadly the yard , pool and Lanai area need a major improvement. There is no grass in the backyard. The roof has rot on it and lots of debris on the laniai itself. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and about 20 min from the beach and downtown.

Clean and great neighborhood

House was clean and a perfect size for our family of 6. The pool is heated to 85° and $20 extra per day to go up to 90°, which would really have been more comfortable on the cooler days… but I wasn’t willing to do this, since it was not disclosed before we rented the house. Quiet neighborhood, house was in good shape, but the outside area around the pool needs a little bit of TLC. Many of the pavers around the pool were loose & many big spider webs & spiders..
