Comfortable loft just one block from Sundance Square. This one bedroom apartment is furnished with a king bed and a couch. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Fort Worth! The well equipped kitchen has what you need to prepare meals but why cook when you'll be surrounded by great restaurants.

Make yourself at home once you arrive. While traditional cable TV is not included in your stay, we do provide a smart TV with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to use these services with your own login and enjoy! Sorry but parties and pets are not allowed.

***Onsite parking is not included***

There is a loading zone in front of the building where you can drop bags. Parking is typically $25 per day at any of the local garages and can be $50 for overnight.

Nice, clean apartment in a good area. Close to bars and restaurants and a quick Uber anywhere else in the city. Would definitely stay again when in the city.

Excellent location and host. The place was perfect for my wife and I. There is a good parking option on Jones if you use SpotHero. It allows in/out access during your stay and it's just a 4 minute walk. Glad we found this location - it was so convienient to be right next to the Square and across the street from Mi Cocina (a long time favorite).

I loved my stay here. Very easy process in place. Space is in an older building, has a ton of character, and the actual VRBO space had been updated and is very comfortable. I absolutely recommend staying at this property.

That’s disappointing. I clearly address parking and costs in my ad. I hate the way it’s set up, but it’s the city of Fort Worth and I have no control of it.

Great Staycation

We had a wonderful time staying locally for a birthday celebration. Great space, inside the downtown area for ease of access, and well stocked kitchen for cooking. Definitely recommend!!

We loved our stay in this Loft! The best location with most everything in walking distance. The loft was stocked with everything you could need and more. Scott even has all types of snacks and goodies for his guests. Communication with Scott was excellent and he was quick to respond when needed for a minor glitch with the door lock system!!We will definitely stay here again in the future and recommend this Loft to friends and family.Thanks for a great stay
