Comfortable loft just one block from Sundance Square. This one bedroom apartment is furnished with a king bed and a couch. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Fort Worth! The well equipped kitchen has what you need to prepare meals but why cook when you'll be surrounded by great restaurants.

Make yourself at home once you arrive. While traditional cable TV is not included in your stay, we do provide a smart TV with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to use these services with your own login and enjoy! Sorry but parties and pets are not allowed.

***Onsite parking is not included***There is a loading zone in front of the building where you can drop bags. Parking is typically $25 per day at any of the local garages and can be $50 for overnight. Please reach out to me directly for specifics or look at the last photo of the property.

Great Staycation

We had a wonderful time staying locally for a birthday celebration. Great space, inside the downtown area for ease of access, and well stocked kitchen for cooking. Definitely recommend!!

A most pleasant stay. Great location, very responsive host! The property had everything we could possibly need. One suggestion: a grab bar in the shower/tub enclosure for those of us slightly unsteady on our feet.

A unique loft experience in the best location!

We had such a fun stay here! The loft has everything you need and the kitchen is well-stocked. The bed is also one of the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in. And you can’t beat the location. We’ll stay here again!

Wonderful Loft

What a cute little loft experience.This place was clean and comfy super close to restaurants, bars and all the downtown fort worth places that we wanted to go to. Loved it!

The area was perfect with lots of restaurants and shops just right outside. The apartment was nice and setup with everything you might need. The only issue was the smell in the hallway that would leak into the apartment. It was absolutely overwhelming and right next to the elevator. Luckily the room was farther down the hall, but using the elevator to come and go really made it bad. I can’t over state the smell, it was very bad.

Sundance Square Loft

Fantastic location, Great loft for our weekend in Fort Worth. This was our second stay at this loft and we love it. Scott is a great host who responds quickly to any questions.
