Cocoonr is offering this charming flat for rent in Gérardmer, set in a small residential complex/chalet with lovely views, approximately 600 metres from the lakeside. With a floor area of 55 m², it can comfortably accommodate 4 guests. Situated on the ground floor, the flat comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two spacious bedrooms, a shower room (with shower), and you can enjoy a garden of around 40 m² adjoining the property.
Layout of the accommodation:
- A 30 m² living room with a TV and a sofa bed
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, hob… as well as a dining area
- 1 lovely bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- A separate sleeping area: with 1 bunk bed (2 single beds)
- A shower room with a window
- A separate toilet with a window
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: a high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron.
Outdoors:
- A 10 m² terrace (south-west facing) with furniture to enjoy sunny days
- A shared, unfenced garden of 40 m²
The flat is ideally situated in Gérardmer, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…
Activities:
Sightseeing: factories (Lin Vosges textiles and Confiserie des Vosges confectionery), the Tandon waterfalls, Lake Longmer…
Events:
- Daffodil Festival on 1 April every other year
- Fantasy Film Festival every year at the end of January

Transport:
If you choose to travel by car, you can park directly in the residence’s private car park, and a private garage is available for one vehicle (which can also be used to store bikes or scooters). A free municipal car park is also located 300 metres from the accommodation.

- Nearest railway station: Épinal, 40 km away (43 mins by car)
- Nearest airport: EuroAirport Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg, 110 km away (1 hour 45 minutes by car)
- Coach shuttle services from the station

- Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be arranged with our on-site partner). The rates quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner (booking must be made 48 hours in advance).
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
