This villa, ideally located between land and sea, is less than 15 minutes from the beaches, 10 minutes from Ajaccio, and 20 minutes from the airport. Completely renovated in 2024 by an architect, it combines modernity and tranquility in a picturesque village. Set on a 17,222 sq. ft. plot, it offers 2,476 sq. ft. of living space.
The garden level (pool level) features a welcoming lounge with a sofa and TV, as well as 3 bedrooms, each with its own private shower or bathroom. The master suite enjoys a sea view, while the other rooms overlook the patio.
The main level includes a living room, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen (two refrigerators, wine cellar), and a terrace. Two bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and a guest WC complete this floor.
The top floor has a room for children or teenagers, equipped with bunk beds and a shower room.
The outdoor kitchen, semi-covered with a pergola, is fully equipped (barbecue, plancha, sink, dishwasher, ice machine) and features a large table for convivial meals.
The beautifully landscaped outdoor spaces include a 49 x 16 ft. infinity pool, with the option to heat it off-season.
