Looking for a get-away in Maine. Enjoy the comforts of home and the fun of camping in our 39" 5th wheel Montana RV. Equipped with a king size bed, kitchen, fireplace and more. Outside we have Adirondack chairs, Wood fire pit and picnic table along side with an outdoor kitchen. Enjoy the amenities of Hemlock Grove Campground located near the Kennebunk's or a campground of your choice. Please contact us for more information.

My wife and I used to own a 5th wheel so we were familiar with the unit. The unit was everything we needed and more! The place was spotless, everything in the unit work to standard. The unit had plenty of additional chairs, outdoor quilts, and a fully functional outdoor kitchen. My only input would be to move the unit further back in the park. Being up front did bring road noise at rush hour in the am and pm as people went to work and came home. But as for comfort and cleanliness, it was great.

This was a great rental. Very clean, convenient. we brought our groceries, arrived and felt like home for 4 days. Great hosts who left a lovely gift and very very accessible.

Beautiful place to stay

Everything was good, near to beaches, grossery, etc. The property was very clean and confortable, etc. My boyfriend, my dog and I will very enjoy and recommand this place to anyone!

Superior Stay In The Woods

All the comforts of home, really! A really comfy King bed. Ice maker in full size refrigerator. Roomy shower. Comfy seating for tv watching, good channel selection. Good storage in the kitchen. Deep double sink. Plenty of lighting with mood lighting available. The campsite was lovely. Under the trees in a wooded site. Picnic table and outdoor sitting area for enjoying evening campfires. Tim was very attentive and responsive to our questions and concerns. He promptly answered his phone or reached you quickly after you left a voice mail or text. He is very friendly and patient! We will definitely stay here again! It was a fabulous experience!

Great RV in a great location

My dog and I had a wonderful week in the RV. Campground is quiet and clean and in a great location close to everything. The RV had everything you could possibly need. It is clean and super comfortable. I slept better there than in my own bed! Owners were great with communications and help when I had questions. Would definitely stay again!

Kennebunk Kingston

We had a really great time at the campground. Not a lot for amenities, but located in a very easy place to get to shopping and dining. The camper itself was amazing. Very clean and very comfortable.

Home away from home

Tim and Wendy have a wonderful RV! It was exactly as described. Perfect spot in just enough woods! The RV has everything you need, the beds were comfortable, everything was clean, the AC was cool! The campground is in a nice area close to town. Awesome spot!

We had a great time. A few fires in the pit. We love this part of Maine so beaches and restaurant's are always fantastic. Taking a ride along the rocky coast is always a scenic vista.

Just what the doctor ordered!!

Had a great time at Tim and Wendy’s property in Arundel Maine! Very convenient and close to Kennebunkport/Kennebunk/Beach! The RV was very clean and well appointed, probably brought more supplies than needed! The welcome package was a nice touch and the complimentary Firewood was well used and appreciated! We will definitely look to stay again!

First RV experience, won’t be our last! We love Maine!

First time staying in an RV. Overall positive experience. RV was well-equipped with all the amenities, and the upgrades were great! Great Location - was short drive to all beaches and the town of Kennebunkport for exploring during the day. We got to experience all Maine has to offer, beach life, quaint towns and had camping vibes back at the RV site. Kids had a blast! Thanks for letting us share your little slice of Maine!

Little gem in the Kennebunks

Wendy and Tim's place was modern, clean, and well-equipped with all amenities. The interior was cozy yet spacious, with comfortable beds, a fully functional kitchen, and a neat bathroom. The large windows let plenty of natural light flood in, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. We also appreciated the efficient cooling systems, which kept us comfortable regardless of the weather outside. It was a memorable and enjoyable experience. It offered the perfect balance of adventure and comfort, allowing us to immerse ourselves in the natural beauty and local culture of the area. The flexibility of having our mobile accommodation meant we could easily explore at our own pace while always having a cozy home base to return to.

Very nice RV for a family camping trip

We've been here twice and really love the set up. Clean, modern and large RV with all the cooking and camping tools you'll need. Comfortable king bed in the master! Hemlock Grove campground itself is just okay. Bathrooms are clean, but amenities are scarce. The RV location is very close to the entrance and its noisy from the road, and a bit exposed. Would be better in a more secluded location at the campground.

Great get a way

This is camping in luxury and very enjoyable. The 5th wheel has all the convenience of home. It's clean and well outfitted. Located close to down town Kennebunkport and the beaches are awesome. A beach parking pass was included, which was nice. The owners Tim and Wendy could not have been better hosts. Thanks for having us. We will re-book here without a doubt.

Best Vacation Ever!!

What an AMAZING time we had glamping in a luxury RV at Hemlock Grove Campground! Tim and Wendy were unbelievably gracious leaving us an adorable welcome bag that contained Maine originals including one of Wendy’s paintings! The RV was immaculate and super cozy. The kids loved the bunks and my husband and I the master suite complete with king sized bed. Campfires at night and a king bed to sleep in…yes please!! We had an extraordinary time exploring Arundel and Kennebunkport. Thank you Tim and Wendy for the memories!

Lovely 5th Wheel

Really loved this spacious RV! Perfect blend of modern and nature for our family. Clean and great amenities and set up by the hosts. Bunks get hot, so bring a fan or two for the kidsat night. Campsite is near the entrance, which is convenient, but a little noisy. Kennebunk is an awesome town and the beach is a dog & surf loving paradise! We will be back!

Great RV & Campground

Everything was perfect! We loved the location of the campground, close to fun activities like beaches and water parks. The RV site was nice and close to their campground playground so we could watch the kids play while at the camp site! Entire RV and campground facilities were so clean! Loved our stay!

Great Maine camping

This property exceeded our expectations! Was equipped with everything you can possibly need. Very comfortable beds and great recliners in living area. Highly recommend this property. Owner was pleasant and helpful.
