Relax at the beach

Nice 1 bed/1 bath 620 square foot island condo fully furnished only a 3 minute walk to the seashore and all the island has to offer. Condo features WIFI, Cable, Washer/Dryer, Mircowave, Dishwasher. Balcony with chairs to relax and enjoy the evening breeze. Condo provides a sofa bed to accommodate up to 4 guest. There is a key less key pad for easy access and convenience Schlitterbahn water park is located close to the condo and downtown Corpus Christi is a 25 minuet drive.

Host provides sheets, towels, and laundry detergent for your convenience.. Condo is pet friendly with a 35 dollar pet fee. Please no smoking, parties, or loud music in condo. Primary occupant/guest must be at least 21.

Family friendly beach access

This place was great very easy to find and super close to beach access. This property owner cares and has everything you look for, from snacks to stocked pantry supplies to make our stay very comfortable. I would recommend this property to friends and family's alike.

We enjoyed this place as it was super close to the beach. The only issues we had were a leaking shower which kept us awake a little along with a ceiling fan over the bed that made noises. The place was great otherwise and set up wonderfully for two people. The owner was quick to respond to any questions and very communicative.

Fantastic location!

The location was perfect! Very short walk to the beach, quiet area and very relaxing. Host was very quick to respond to all needs. Will absolutely be looking to book again when in the area.

Great location

The location was great. A block from the beach so you had the convinces of both places. The condo was a good size for our family of 3. The owner is as very easy to communicate with when/if needed.

Great location

Host was fantastic and checked in to make sure everything was okay. The snacks and drinks were much appreciated. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Close to the beach.

Property was as described. The beach was an easy 5 minute walk, grocery store and restaurants were a short drive away. Efforts have been made to update the unit, but it is in an older condo building.
