Families will enjoy letting the kids run around and play in this level yard full of lush St. Augustine grass.. Friendly deer are a common sight at both coffee and coktail hour. on the back porch. Wrap perfect lake days with a cookout on the grill, while enjoying a backyard sunset.

Perfect property for a family gathering!!! Great access to the water for swimming and water play for the kids. House is open, spacious and clean!!! Owners are very welcoming and communicate well!! We’ve stayed here several times and always love our stay! Thank you for a great place to make memories!

Wonderful experience

We had 4 generations staying at house it was a super experience. The house is well furnished and the yard is wonderful. Enjoyed the toys furnished with the house- corn hole, paddle board, lily pad. The deer were an added plus morning and evening. Thanks for furnishing the deer corn. Lyndsay was very helpful to work with. Highly recommend this place.

Spring Break Fishing Trip

We rented Escape to Waterfront for our Spring Break, and it was a great week. The beds were comfortable, the views are amazing, and my kids enjoyed the corn hole tournament we put together. We would definitely stay here again. The bonus was seeing deer every morning and night.

Fun and Relaxation

This is our third time at this property and we always enjoy our stay. The property is clean and accommodating for our family of eight. We had a great time playing corn hole and using the paddle board in the water. My kids look forward to feeding the deer. We also enjoy eating at Hemmingway’s. We plan on coming back in the summer.

Family gathering

We had a great time at the house! It is roomy and very practical for children to play and explore! Great kitchen and open living area! We also loved the swimming area with a Sandy beach for water play!

Beautiful view

We loved the deer corn, the deer came right up to the patio. The beds were very comfortable. The home is a little older but it has been upgraded. The carpet and all of furnishings were top quality. We loved the view.

Love this Place

Been here twice in three weeks because we love the peacefulness of this place. Kids love to run around by the water and explore the surrounding area. Feeding the deer is a big hit with my kids. Place is cozy and comfortable.

Wonderful Stay

This property is located right next to the water and has views from the living room and master bedroom. The area is peaceful. We enjoyed our stay and plan to come back in the summer to really enjoy the water. My children enjoyed feeding the deer. The house itself is spacious and very clean and comfortable. My only suggestion would be to add a fire pit to make s’mores outside. Overall we had a great experience.

Relaxing and beautiful!

The house was beautifully furnished and updated. Very comfortable for 6 adults. Plenty of space to hang together or get away for some reading or reflecting time. But the view was the best part. We loved sitting outside looking at the water or feeding the deer. They have a well stocked outdoor toy/ game supply and we played lots of cornhole, tried to paddle board and floated on the lily pad. We didn’t want to leave. Owners were great too.

Quick weekender

The house was very comfortable! The layout was different but the split floorplan was very good for us. I love the beach front with the imported sand. This house is great for families with children. The public boat ramp was close with great parking. With the sandy beach we were able to bring friends over in the boat anchor and enjoy the company. Highly recommend this property.

PK paradise!!

The house and everything around it were great. The neighbors were great as we even shared a meal with them after we all got to know each other. the swimming area is perfect for kids and the sand is clean. The house and everything in it had everything we needed. When we got to the house (before we had Wi-Fi access) service wasn't great but Lindsey was on the ball when we couldn't access our key and got us in immediately!! I would recommend this place to anyone. We had an absolutel blast!!!

Perfect lakeside retreat, perfect host

The property was everything promised. Very comfortably furnished. The bedrooms are distributed around the house to allow for a modicum of separation, even with a full house. The outside property is open and inviting. The lake shore is sand, making it very comfortable getting in and out of the water, especially for kids. Lyndsey is a tremendous host, who was always available to help with any need. She's great.

Great location and owner was a pleasure to deal with

Lyndsey was great to deal with (very quick to reply and very helpful). The house was in a great location and had everything we needed including comfy beds! My son, along with a friend and his son, stayed here during our baseball tournament at Rocker B which is 15 minutes away.

Beautiful property!

Two families of 4 enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of room for everyone and the house was super clean. Beautiful back yard and sandy lake access for the kids to play. The kids really enjoyed feeding the deer that practically came up to the back door. Excellent communication with the owner as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for a Rocker B Ranch weekend!

I HIGHLY this house if you have an upcoming Rocker B Ranch tournament planned! The location in proximity to the baseball fields is perfect. I’m not sure there is much better than leaving a long day of baseball and driving a short and easy 15 minutes to an incredible water front house! It was so convenient and also so perfect to fit two families comfortably! The kitchen is arguably the most well stocked kitchen I’ve ever used (which is incredible for someone that likes to cook). The bunk room was so much fun and slept SO many! The layout of the house, exceptional. Clean and comfortable and an absolute blast. The kids swam in the lake, played spikeball, wiffle ball and fed and watched the deer. The adults had plenty to do too! The adirondack chairs near the water were absolutely amazing for relaxing and soaking up the view. I recommend this house 10/10 if you are looking for a place to stay over a Rocker B tournament weekend!!!

fun place to hang out with family

thank you so much sharing you beautiful home with us! we had ages 67-7 it was a great setting for all, loved the bunkroom !! grill was awesome, deer so much fun to watch , kitchen had everything you could ever need. We really had a amazing 2 days. Llndsey was awesome !!! Thanks Tricia
