I am one of the largest timeshare owners and a Chairman's Club owner (the highest level of ownership). For the last 20 years I have been taking my family on great vacations in the Marriott System. As our family vacation needs have changed I am now offering you the ability to book with me as one of the largest timeshare owners. Book Direct from Owner. Also I plan to give back so for each rental I will donate a portion to charity.

Welcome to the Marriott Newport Coast Villas-2 bedroom 2 bath. King bed in the master bedroom. Sleeper sofa in the living area. Dinning area with table and chairs. Full kitchen plus washer and dryer. Second bedroom with a queen bed plus a sleeper sofa.

Wonderful Property and Amenities

We had a wonderful time with our family!! We really enjoyed all that the property had to offer, from tennis courts, pools, sand volleyball, they have something for everyone. The Villa itself was very nice, the only recommendation I would have is to have the carpets shampooed more frequently, they were pretty dirty.
