**The Home**

This is a spacious, well-equipped family retreat with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms plus a ground-floor half bath, and room for 10 guests. The master suite upstairs features an oversized rainshower, double vanity, washer drier, and separate water closet. The jack-and-jill bathroom between the bunk room and main-level queen has private sinks and toilets for each room with a shared shower.

The full kitchen is stocked with T-fal cookware, an air fryer, panini press, and Keurig. A second fridge in the elevator room makes it easy to load coolers or store extra beverages. The gas grill and outdoor dining furniture are perfect for evening cookouts with a sunset view.

Connect to the Sonos indoor/outdoor speaker system for the perfect vacation soundtrack (just be mindful of quiet hours at 10 PM). Every bedroom has a smart TV, and the house has WiFi.

**The Dock & Private Beach**

This is what sets the Canterbury Sandcastle apart. At low tide, a sandy beach emerges right off the dock — kids can wade and splash in calm, shallow sound water while you relax on the deck. Drop a fishing line off the floating dock (3-4 ft deep at low tide) or the main dock (+11 ft deep at the end).

At high tide, the dock is perfect for jumping in, crabbing, or just watching the dolphins cruise by. Bring your own boat? Drop in at Bush's Marina and tie up — just use proper bumpers to protect your boat and our dock.

**Check-Out Checklist**
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip used beds and gather used towels
- Remove personal items and leftover food, take out trash
- Turn off lights, lock doors, close sliders
- Set thermostats to 75
- Roll out trash/recycle bins if checkout falls on trash day
- Pull floating dock ladder out of water
- Clean fish cleaning station if used


**House Rules**
- Minimum age: 25
- No smoking in or on property (will forfeit deposit)
- No pets
- No parties or events
- Quiet hours after 10 PM
- Ring cameras on exterior only (driveway and back of house)
