At the foot of the Rosière slopes and close to shops, Résidence Le Roc Noir will seduce you with its ideal location!
The Residence is located at the foot of the Espace San Bernardo ski area, an international area which links La Rosière to Italy and which offers 160 kilometers of slopes of all levels.
Access to ski schools and the departure of the ski lifts are directly from the residence and all shops are nearby. Surface area : about 82 m². 4th floor. View ski slopes. Level 0 : Living room with balcony, pull-out sofa (2 couchages 90x200). Bedroom with 2 twin beds (90x200). Kitchenette with oven, dishwasher, microwave, 2 vitroceramics cooking rings, fridge. Bathroom with bath-tub. Separated WC. Level 1 : Bedroom with bath-tub, 2 bunk beds (90x200), 2 twin beds (90x200), . Bedroom with 2 twin beds (90x200). Shower room with shower. Separated WC. The beds in elevation are not suitable for children under 6 years.
