The house is ideally located in Le Château-d'Oléron, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.

- Verbois beach 10 minutes' drive away
- Visit the fortified castle, its beaches and its market 10 minutes by car
- Visit Saint Trojan, its village, forest and beaches 15 minutes away by car

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (2 vehicles).
