Gîte Jolie Vigne - Private swimming pool

Located in Trans en Provence, the Jolie Vigne cottage is halfway between the Mediterranean Sea (Sainte-Maxime, Fréjus...) and Lac de Ste Croix. Perfect for visiting the area! Adjoining our house but not overlooked, this cottage offers you superb views of the neighboring vineyards, a garden and a private swimming pool.
The space
With an area of approximately 50 m2, the cottage consists of:
- on the ground floor: a living room with kitchen and a separate toilet
- on the 1st floor: a bedroom with double bed 160 x 200 cm, a bedroom with twin beds or double bed 160 x 200 cm and a bathroom with a toilet.

New and quality bedding. Bed linen and towels are provided. Air conditioning.

The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge-freezer, oven, induction cooktop, microwave, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, washing machine, washing machine, Nespresso or plunger coffee makers, toaster, kettle… You will also find tea towels, salt, pepper, cleaning products, etc.

Private entrance and garden of about 300 m2 private.

Free parking in front of the cottage.

Outdoor furniture, BBQ and sunbathing. Space with above ground pool (4.27m in diameter and 1.22m depth).

A ping pong table is also available to you at the entrance to the property. And in the cottage, outdoor games, board games and books for young and old. Tourist documentation.

On request we can lend you an umbrella bed and a high chair.

Located in the middle of pines and vineyards, the cottage is a 5-minute drive from all amenities (supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, cinema...).
Gare TGV Les Arcs Draguignan 15 min away.
Nice airport at 1h
