New villa (delivery in June 2024) of 500 m2 with breathtaking views of Cavalière beach and the Mediterranean Sea.
8 bedrooms with shower room and toilet; including 2 Master with bathtub (180cm bed), 4 double bedrooms (160cm bed), 1 service bedroom (160cm bed), 1 dormitory with 2 bunk beds and a single bed.
All bedrooms have sea view, air conditioning and roller shutters.
Large living space of more than 110m2 including the kitchen, the dining room (approximately 40 m2) and the living room surrounded by large bay windows (approximately 70 m2).
The whole house is equipped with air conditioning.
Large single-storey terrace of 250m2 overlooking a 6x10m infinity pool (protected by shutter).
Wooded land around the house, pétanque ground
2-space garage + 4 outdoor parking spaces
Access on foot (via steps) in 2 minutes to the private beach of Cap Nègre.
