WATERFRONT HOUSE ON ROCKS IN THE AREA OF CAP NEGRE IN CAVALIERE

Every room in the house is air conditioned.
Access the property after taking a staircase through the scrubland (around 170 steps)
The main entrance to the house is through the living room.
Living room with full sea view for unforgettable evenings. Many seats, table, chairs, TV, sofa bed.
At this same level are:
- A bedroom with double bed (140/190), storage, sink, small side sea view,
- A bedroom with bunk beds (2x 90/190), sink, storage, small side sea view,
- 2 separate shower cubicles (tiles signed Roger Capron)
- separate WC with basin and storage
- A fully equipped kitchen.
Then you will take the stairs to the ground floor which offers:
- a bedroom with double bed (140/190) with storage and small side sea view,
- a large bedroom with King size bed (180/200) and full sea view.

- a bathroom.
The rooftop, equipped with deckchairs, table and chairs, also offers a small summer kitchen.
