In the commune of Monfaucon, we offer this charming 180 m² house with swimming pool for rent, which can accommodate up to 10 guests. It features a lovely living room with fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms and three bathrooms (with shower and bath). There's also a 3000 m² garden to enjoy ! Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows :
First floor :
- 180 m² living room with sofas, coffee table, fireplace (wood provided), dining area, TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, toaster, oven, dishwasher, hob... and dining area
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200), bathroom with shower
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200) bathroom with shower and bath, WC
- A study room
- Separate WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 3 : one queen-size bed (160×200) and 2 single beds (80×200), bathroom with shower and WC
- Bedroom 4 : 2 single beds (80×200)

Outside :
- A private swimming pool (4×8) unheated, unfenced, alarmed and open from May 15 to October 15.
- A beautiful, private, enclosed garden of 3000 m², with garden furniture.
- Terrace 1 : 35 m² around the pool, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
- Terrace 2 : 12 m² in front of the kitchen with barbecue
- Terrace 3 : 15 m² covered with furniture

The house is ideally located in Monfaucon, in a peaceful and very pleasant environment, between woods and vineyards. Nearby, you can enjoy all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- Enjoy a wide range of activities: cycling, mountain biking, walking, table tennis, pétanque and shuffleboard.
- Canoeing on the Dordogne is just 10 minutes away.
- Go on excursions: Bergerac is 20 km away, Saint-Émilion 30 km and Sainte-Foy-la-Grande 10 km.
- In summer, take part in the region's many gourmet markets.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's garage and private parking lot (6 vehicles, 2 in the garage and 4 in the private parking lot).
