The well-equipped kitchen has all the essential appliances, including a dishwasher and a raclette grill, plus a dining area for cozy meals. The house is easily accessible by car. Carlux is:

- A train station is located in Sarlat-la-Canéda, about 20 minutes by car from Carlux.
