4つの素敵な装飾が施されたベッドルームは、大人6名（3Xダブルベッド160X200,1X高品質ソファベッド160X200,1X電気調節ベッド120X200）で寝る4つの装飾が施されたベッドルームです。 リビングダイニングルームには別のソファベッド（160X200）と良質のソファベッドがあります。 ベビーベッドも利用できます。 ベッドリネンとタオルは、個別に設計された4つのベッドルームにあります。 キッチンは完全に装備されています：自然石のワークトップ、高品質の電気器具、大型冷蔵庫、オーブン、食器洗い機、洗濯機、乾燥機が付いたキッチン。 アパートメントにはバスタブとシンク付きのバスルーム、2つのベッドルームに2つのトイレと2つのシンクがあります。
アパートメント全体のWiFi、150室以上の国際チャンネル付きテレビ、全客室と廊下の寄木細工の床があります。 ガスフロアの暖房に加えて、アパートには2つの木製のタイルストーブがあり、快適な客室暖房と冬の間特に心地よい雰囲気を保ちます。 大きな共同庭園やバルコニーで屋外でリラックスした時間を過ごすことができます。

Perfect location

This home is very close to a Tram line which made getting around the city a breeze. It is also close to several places to eat and to buy groceries.

Amazing stay in Fribourg!

We really enjoyed our stay in Fribourg-en-Brisgau, the place was cosy, affordable, plenty of bed to sleep in and not far away from downtown. We clearly recommend it!

Amazing location in Freiburg

We loved this appartment! It was very spacious, and only a short walk away from bars, cafes, bakeries and restaurants. It took 10 minutes to get to Old Town by tram. Tanja was a great host and communicated very well. Thanks for having us!

Great Location, Charming Apartment

We really enjoyed our stay in Tanja's apartment. It is a great location, walking distance to the city center (or the Strassenbahn is at the end of the block), close to restaurants, but tucked away on a quiet street. After staying in hotels for the rest of the trip, it was great to spend some time in a traditional German apartment with some character and charm. There was more than enough space for the 6 of us, and we would absolutely stay there again. Thanks for being a great host Tanja!!

Bonne localisation

L'appartement est bien localisé, propre. Ce n'est pas un appartement de luxe mais il est très bien. La propriétaire est sympathique. Le descriptif n'est pas très précis : 1. En réalité, il n'y a pas 5 chambres mais 3 et les autres couchages sont répartis dans le salon/salle à manger. 2. Sur la page principale, il est indiqué arrivée 11h et départ 15h, cela ne correspond pas (les vrais horaires sont dans le descriptif de l'hébergement ) mais moyennant supplément nous avons pu l'avoir à 11h. Le système de clé dans la boite aux lettres n'est pas très sécure, le cadenas est tombé au fond de la boite heureusement sans la clé, à améliorer. Globalement satisfaisant

We would rent this unit again, having a second toilet is a real plus. A couple of things that would enhance people’s stay. 1. Microwave 2. An organized and detailed operational guide for the apartment. ie instructions for operation of the appliances.

Bequeme und sehr saubere Wohnung nicht weit vom Zentrum

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und bequem. Der einzige Nachteil waren zum Teil fehlende Erklärungen z.B. wo man parken kann, wie der Fernseher funktioniert oder wo die Pfannen zu finden sind, allerdings hat die Vermieterin schnell per WhatsApp helfen können. Vielleicht wäre ein Zettel mit Beschreibungen in der Wohnung in Zukunft noch besser.

Beyond Expectations

Overwhelmingly positive experience renting this property. The landlady was always keen to help to make our stay even better. Upon arriving, we were very pleased by how clean and family friendly the apartment was. The beds were very comfortable. The ouside view into the garden was beautiful. The kitchen was amongst the best features of the apartment. The bathroom was also very spacious. The surrounding area was also very convenient, just off the tram stop. I will be booking this apartment again next year.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral 15 Minuten zu Fuß in`s Zentrum. Straßenbahnhaltestelle 1 Minute entfernt. Fahren alle 10 Minuten. Ist auch gleich ein sehr gutes Restaurant in der Nähe. Schlüsselübergabe war anders als vorgesehen. Die Vermieterin war aber sehr bemüht den Schlüssel zu organisieren. Deshalb auch volle Punktzahl. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder.

My friends and I stayed here for a few nights and it was great! It is a great location right next to a tram stop and a coffee shop just down the street. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us (2 per room).

European vacation with family and friends

We were a family of eight all the bedrooms were great we had separate rooms for single adults and other bedrooms work good for family of four and a married couple. The location was good close to market and coffee for the morning. I had a little trouble understanding the tourist tax that would’ve been helpful if that was explained a little more detail All in all we had a great stay at this property. Norman Russell

Sehr schoenes Wohnung

Sehr gut gelegene Wohnung (fusslaeufig in die Innenstadt oder aber mit Strassenbahn 1 min bis zur Haltestelle), sehr geraeumig und sehr mitdenkend und praktisch eingerichtet - es hat an nichts gefehlt. Absolut sauber und top service bei Schluesseluebergabe. Einziger Minuspunkt ist das Parken tagsueber (nur gebuehrenpflichtige Parkplaetze und sehr voll durch Klinikum daneben). Abends war es kein Problem, einen Parkplatz vor dem Haus zu finden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Verkehrsgünstig und trotzdem ruhig

Wir fühlten uns als Geschwister mit Schwäger*innen in der Wohnung sehr wohl. Die Vermieterin Tanja ist sehr zuvorkommend und zuverlässig. Sicherlich keine Luxusunterkunft, aber alles Notwendige ist da und darüberhinaus vieles was den Aufenthalt angenehm macht.

Tolle Wohnung!

Lichtdurchflutete, geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtete Wohnung zum unschlagbaren Preis! Super bequeme Betten, die Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind von guter Qualität. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, großer Kühlschrank, viel Geschirr (Achtung: große Töpfe und Pfannen befinden sich im Sideboard im Flur - das muss man ja wissen). Es gibt eine Waschmaschine mit Trockner in der Wohnung, was sehr praktisch ist. Außer einem Badezimmer mit Badewanne gibt es noch ein Gäste-WC mit zwei Waschbecken. Viele internationale Fernsehprogramme, aber leider nur acht oder neun auf Deutsch. Die Gastgeber haben für uns einen echten Tannenbaum aufgestellt, damit wir die Feiertage richtig genießen können. Insgesamt haben wir uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Nochmals vielen Dank!!!!

Leider nicht ganz so wie auf den Bildern

Leider war das Appartement nicht ganz so toll wie es auf den Bildern aussah. Das Geschirr in den Schränken war nicht sauber, in der Kaffeemaschine befand sich noch ein gebrauchter verschimmeltter Kaffeefilter. Insgesamt wirkte das Appartement nicht besonders ordentlich.Man sollte sich auch mal informieren ob einem die Konus-Gästekarte zusteht. Mit dieser Karte hat man die Möglichkeit kostenfrei in Freiburg und Umgebung die Bahn zu nutzen.

Large apartment with 4 bedrooms conveniently located near the train station and the University Hospital of Freiburg.
You will appreciate the large rooms, the garden, wooden floors, fully equipped kitchen.
Very quiet building, in a cul-de-sac. The tram stop is 25 m away. A good walker reaches the Cathedral Square in 20 minutes. The train station is within 10 minutes walk.
Fully renovated in 2013.
