We stayed at over 50 VRBO properties along with some of the world’s finest 5 star hotels (thanks to hotel points). We own two other VRBO rentals and take all the knowledge learned in our year as customers of the travel hospitality industry VRBO rentals and applying it to hosting our 3 rental properties. Wooded Estates is one of the few residential areas which directly border the campus of Notre Dame. As close as you will be to the action of an ND event, the neighborhood is a quiet oasis filled with mature trees and walkable streets. Walking distance highlights include (5-20 min.): Notre Dame Stadium, Eddy Street Commons, Purcell Pavilion (Joyce Center), Compton Family Ice Arena, The LineBacker, Belmont Beverage Liquor Store, Starbucks, Parisi's Restaurant, and Martin's Super Market. Please note that parties and events are not allowed.
